First sales representing was cool and quite informative, my phone started to glitch a couple weeks after I purchased it brand new so I took it back and a feminine guy helped me(didnt get his name), but didnt actually "help" me. He didnt really focus on my concerns and insisted that restarting the phone would solve the problem. Hope he was right & no one else feels ignored like I did.

Omgoodness yess.. Claudia Salinas is a definite asset to T-Mobile☺ , while transferring my data, she was extremely knowledgeable about my SS 7 Edge while multitasking a busy store and she found my favorite notification ring . She was extremely patient and assuring as my phone updated and as I grilled her on the applications on my phone

Claudia is very rude, she was not helpful and she acts like she owns the store, the rest of the staff friendly but they lack a lot of knowledge as far as promotions, offers and plans, Irma is the best! I will go back when she is back, not before, and dont waste your time with coupons because they dont honor them.
