Im more angry at at&t as a whole. Back in October, I ported over from Tmobile. I was promised by the AT&T representative at this location that I could trade in my phones from Tmobile and after a wait period I would receive Visa cards for each phone turned in. I submitted the final bill and filled out the online application to get these visa cards. A few MONTHS later, I finally heard that all three lines were denied because they never received my old tmobile phones. I was really angry. I went in to the store to complain. They pulled up the paperwork showing they did in fact receive the phones. They just mistakenly denied my claim. Now they tell me that I just need to resubmit my claim...including my final bill! I no longer have the final bill and I am going through a lot of hoops trying to obtain another copy! Shouldnt they already have my final bill!!?? I want my approval so I can get these Visa cards or I want my phones back. I feel like AT&T stole my phones and, since Im paying full price for my new phones, I got nothing in return! Be careful with the phone trade in scam.

Had to wait an unreasonable amount of time until I finally got to speak with someone. They didnt even seem apologetic at all or eager to help. At that point I didnt really care and just wanted to get on with what I came there for in the first place, a new phone. He was no less than the manager on duty, and I was shocked at his lack of knowledge. My S5 active had served me very well, but it was at its end and was time to replace. I WANTED to walk out of there with a phone, just unsure which exactly. Every question I asked him about the S8 line of phones his answer was always something along the lines of "Well its just better than older phones. Its really amazing, has great features and I love mine personally." Thats it. Hed never actually say WHY its great, or what makes it better. After about 10 minutes trying to get answers from this fanboy idiot, I left. Waste of time.

Customer service rep and manager at this location were so unhelpful as we were looking to get a new phone that they even recommended that we cancel our account. Word for word: Rep: we no longer honor the upgrade of a phone since we no longer have contracts. Me: so we have been with att for 20 years. Youre telling me that there are no benefits to staying loyal to the company. If you no longer have contracts does that mean I could cancel now and not have a contract." Rep: Go Ahead! Rather than even take a look at my account and see any details of our standing with the company a customer service rep said to "Go ahead" and cancel our account. I thought customer service was there to service the customer, not recommend they leave the company. Have never seen this before. Will never be treated like an annoyance like this again. We will be cancelling our account due to this.

All I wanted to do was return one case and get the right one. Slow poor service - we were helped the day before without problems bought 2 phones and accessories - except we were given a case that was for the wrong phone. The next day we came back to replace it and no one could help us do a quick exchange of a life proof case without getting into a virtual line that was more than 30 minutes long. They should have a system where one of the 6 employees there could have taken care of the easy task. There were a couple of employees that didnt care to help or acknowledge us since they could tell we were not likely new sales (since we had the AT&T bag from day before).

The employees at this store really wanted to help me. The company they are part of did its best stop them. I needed a jack installed on my business landline. They got me to the right person on the phone that could help me. As I was putting in the order I got disconnected. Called back and got stuck in automated hell. They again got me to the right person, and I was able to put in my order and set an appointment. If I had just called AT&T myself would never have gotten this done. They spent over an hour helping me.

SLOW! You cant do anything in a timely manner here. If youre looking to get a phone, expect at least a min of 4 hours. I went in another day just to get a phone charger and I spent 10 min waiting just to be told they have now signed me in and someone will be with me in a few min. Wtf. Why cant they have someone at a register like a normal store that can get the customers in and out that want simple stuff?

OMG!! This place is terrible! Ive been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and looking to switch to ATT and this is the first att store I called since it near my house. And when the representative picked up the phone her name was shannon I was completely turned off by the way she talked!!!i would not recommend this place at all!! Wish I could give her 0 star.

I called you ask a question. The women put me on hold. Mind you I called 15 minutes before closing. I was on hold for almost 30 mins. She didnt pick and say I am sorry we are about to close please call in the morning no. They just left me on hold. Horrible service. I will never go to this location or recommend it to others.

Really bad service at the new Bulverde /1604 location. Jai is the most helpless and useless employee. He really could care less about customer service. I wouldnt buy anything from this coward. He is descriminatory against women and will over charge you and talk down to you.

The employees are not helpful at all. The manger I spoke with was especially rude and had an attitude with me. She couldnt even properly send a fax I needed, to correct a problem they made for me. I advise you to go to any other location but this one.

This AT&T location and their staff are a poorly informed (sometimes completely misinformed) selection of individuals at the fault of their lack of care beyond selling a premium device to anyone who walks in.

Best AT&T store in San Antonio area in my opinion. Been to several but this place has best customer service. I drive 4 times as far (about 30 minutes away) just to go to this store to do my business there.

Busy. Slow. They dont have all the devices/equipment and cant do everything you may need to be done. Better to just go to the store on Bitters since it is bigger and can handle all service needs.
