I wasnt a big fan of the service from this place. 1. I have an S6 Edge, and I understand that the screen is very unique and will have to be ordered. No problem. However, they originally quoted me a price a week ago, then 5 minutes later increased it because my phone color was blue and the cheaper screens are white. Ok, so I paid more for the correct color so it wouldnt look like a mismatched car driving down the highway. I paid IN FULL A WEEK AGO. They told me the part would be ready no later then Wednesday. 2. The part was ready on Friday afternoon. Ok, no biggie, but dont use language like "no later then" if it is in fact going to be later then. 3. They called me once the part was ready and said itll take two hours to fix the phone. 4. I brought the phone in at 1pm Saturday. He then stated that do to backups, itll be ready at 7pm. Cool, I can pick up my phone that night. 5. They told that itll be ready Sunday at 12pm when I came to the store Saturday night. 6. 12pm Sunday, they were still working on the phone when I walked in. Conclusion: Not too pleased with this store. Mind you, I was paid up a whole week prior before they worked on my phone. I wasnt a paying customer, I was a paid up customer. And they constantly placed orders before my phone to maximize profits. They already had their money, so I was low priority. Not cool bros.

Took our cell phone in, they did not have the part to repair so they asked us to prepay and order part ($126). over a week later, the part came in and they installed it, the phone did not work, so the part was defective. they replaced the original part but now the microphone no longer worked..so could hear calls, not make calls for another week, They reordered the part and told us they would have the part in 4 days...in 4 days, no part received, so 2 days later offered a loaner but the loaner did not provide even basic services. Returned the loaner and bought a new replacement phone. But have not gotten a refund of the repair cost of $126. Lesson learned: if they can not fix immediately, do not trust that the parts will be ordered and do not expect a refund. I have left messages to their manager, Sam, multiple times with no call back or acknowledgement.

Im not exactly sure if my experience is typical of the people who get their smartphone fixed at this place, but i have to admit i was getting a little pissed on how long it was taking for them to fix my phone. Basically, the first week was waiting for a part to come in on my phone, because the person that fixed my phone said that they dont carry my phones parts. I guess since i dont carry a IPhone 6S or whatever, i am weird or something and need special ordering lol. Anyway, the next two weeks involve me calling them finding out if they have my part yet, one time the repairman admitting he ordered the wrong part. So like i said in the beginning, idk if this is typical of everyone who comes in this store to have to wait 3 weeks to get their phone fixed, but i think next time ill just fix my phone myself. That way i can justify the 3 weeks lol.

I have a Samsung S3 with smashed screen recently and I tired to replace the glass screen myself with a kit but ended up with worse - broken LCD underneath, plus completely blacked out screen and semi-dead phone (yup, DIY went south and mislead by YouTube video)! In desperation, I brought it to this store Sunday noon (yes, they even open on Sundays 11am-6pm), they ran a diagnostic test, replaced the LCD and screen, and fixed the phone within 2 hours!! It looks just like new and everything is funtional!! I am so happy and grateful!! The price is very reasonable too (diagnostic fee is part of the screen/LCD replacement fee; and it would have only cost me half of what I paid if I had brought in my phone to replace the glass screen in the beginning). But I am super satisfied with their service and the results!!

Took a tablet to them they said 3 day cause they had to order the part .. they also stated the unit was warped and theyde heat and bend back... thurs comes and they havent even ordered part yet.. 8 days later when we got device back they said glass might come loose cause lcd was warped i stated you said youde bend it back tech told me it wpuld be fine. next morn lcd screen had giant black spots on side .... my problem is why try to repair unit with bent lcd instead of tellin me we should order a new lcd. So no warranty no refund im out 100 bucks because of this shops unprofessional work. So just ordered new glass and lcd in a kit for 25 percent of what they charged me

First rate experience. Phoned and spoke with Sam who was knowledgeable and within 2 minutes provided all the information needed including costs and time it would take. Arrived within 10 minutes and Shane immediately began working to repair the screen, port and even repaired the button that locked the screen. Awesome and economical! In the store, there is a selection of cases, adaptors and cables...all more than reasonably priced. As I sat to wait for the completion of the repair, I witnessed several customers come in and receive excellent service. Sam and Shane are the model of customer service. Highly recommend this business!

I had not personally used Cellular Zones services until last week. Two friends of mine had gone to them (one android and the other an IPhone) and they were both satisfied with them. I had an HTC One M7 that I completely love but the battery needed to be replaced. I also decided to replace the housing to make it look like new. Ill get to the point ... great service. They were informative, courteous, timely and patient. End result ... amazing job with my phone and am happy I get to use it again. I will definitely be returning to them and will be recommending them as well.

Strongly not recommended to go to Cellular Zone , if your phone has a problem and u take it to them, it will be more then one problem and you will be charge for nothing. Nice customer service till they get your phone and so bad technician, he is still practicing on his costumers cell phones and they change customer even thought he did fix it. I asked them 100s time to talk with the manger and they told me that I can not. I had to give one star so I can post my review , one star is too much. I believe they deserve -5 strars

Been here twice. Both times were great experiences. Replaced an iPhone 4s smashed screen, checked it while they were in there to make sure nothing else was damaged. Just did a water damage check on an iPhone 5s for us. They did the cleaning and replaced the charging port/mic. Cant say enough good things about this group. Super helpful and informative techs. They were up front with all repairs and have a great warranty. I definitely recommend the tempered glass has already saved my phone!!! Highly recommended!!!
