Yep, I definitely feel Conned by this Verizon retail store. I used to drive out of my way to go to this store and have actually supplied positive reviews with my experiences in the past, but now I know why they are so friendly and smiling all the time....Theyre taking your money with false statements. Buyer beware! If you do decide to use them, make sure you have everything documented surrounding their false promises. Ive been with Verizon for close to 15 years and they could care less that their rep conned me into buying a phone that I didnt want with false statements about exchanging it with a new phone a year down the road. Do not trust their sales reps and look into other options or you might run into the same conn that I fell victim to. Also, if you go to Amazon, you can buy all their accessories and more for a small fraction of their over inflated prices.

Great friendly staff that sold a great deal.... UNTIL the bill arrived. I was assured, multiple times, that my bill would only increase $20 per month for an additional line. I asked MULTIPLE times to ensure we had a very clear understanding. My bill went from $67 per month to $172 for the first month and $97 each month after that. They didnt add a line, but switched my plan and added two more years to a contract. DONT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY and get a voice recording, because even as you sign the paperwork and they show you the amounts, it is not true. I call Verizon to get this fixed. First rep said "I see the problem and will fix it". Instead of getting a credit for the overcharges, the bill went up. Second month, Verizon rep said "too bad. You signed the document".
