Larry Lock the rep at Verizon in Boerne is the WORSE CELL PHONE REP I have ever interacted with in my life and the rep was not even helping me. Larry Lock showed his upmost character today of how to be a Unprofessional! Im a former employee on the phone with verizon customer care and looking at a store iPad trying to figure out my acct. Larry Lock currently with 2 customers in front of him and also 3 customer waiting or being helped, yells across the store to me saying I can not be on the iPad and that its properierty info. I was shocked cause I am a customer of Verizon and I have every right to look at my acct on the company iPad. I responded back to Larry saying I have every right to look at my acct. Larry Lock continues to talk dirty & down toward me in front of his customers as well as other customers in the store. Larry Lock continues to threaten me to leave the store or he will call the police for what reasons I said? I did not do anything wrong and that I definitely felt Larry Lock is Discriminating against me for I do not know why. I hope who ever reads this google review Knows that Larry Lock is a terrible terrible rep and so unprofessional. Larry you had to customers in front of you. You had no business yelling at me & absolutely no right in threatening to call the police on a customer that has 10 lines and spends $550 a month to help support your job. I hope this gets esclated to the highest power to make sure this unprofessional act does not ever happen again. Larry true leadership starts when you lead not cry or complain all the time. Grow up & be your age. Throughly Disgusted!!!

These people are idiots. First off, they are not a corporate location like the one on De Zavala. Their insurance is only good at the Boerne location, which they fail to mention to you when you get a new phone through them. Needless to say, you damage your phone, and you have to got through them and their service sucks. Just got a new new S7 today from the De Zavala store along with an Otter Box. I passed on getting the tempered glass screen protector at the time. About 20 min ago I stopped at the Boerne "Premier" location and was told that they do not make protectors for my phone because the scene is curved. I have an S7, not an S7 Edge. There is a difference. I should know, my wife has the Edge. This is not rocket science. I was then told that even the S7 has a little bit of a curve and that the screen protectors would seperate by a millimeter. I put a straight edge on my phone and it is perfectly flat. These are also the same people that told me that there was no way for them to transfer my data from my old phone to the new one after a warranty replacement was sent to me from corporate Verizon. It took some polite conversation with them to explain that I had been duped into dropping my corporate insurance for the local subsidiary insurance. I had to figure out on my own how to transfer between the two phones. If I could give a negative rating I would, but I guess 1 star will have to do. My advice, dont deal with the incompetent dishonest vagabonds in this location. Always look for a corporate location. Dont give these vultures your money.

Horrible Experience , Attention to owner or excecutive Manager: I have had very good experience at this location all the time Until yesterday. I Would be grateful if owner message me to Explain him about what happened yesterday. I have been great customer of vz for more than 10 yrs and i love this location but what happened yesterday would be very interesting for the owner or CEO of this location ( i know this place privately owned) . As a business owner myself dont want my business in same situation. Plz answer me and let me know how i can contact you by phone.

Ive never had such great service at a phone store! Went in with a problem with my phone and came out with a new phone, free car charger, free phone holder for the car, free protective glass, free case and a free $100 gift card! This experience was awesome and made me very happy. Tyson Haas is wonderful, so helpful and very professional. Michael Miracle is also great and I trust them both explicitly. Im so glad I walked into this Version store and came out happier than when I went in!

Excellent Service!! Thanks to Peter !! Peter assisted me and my husband with some technical issues with my phone and also spoke with my husband about upgrading his older phone with a new phone. Peter took care of my technical issues fast and even though I was apprehensive at first due to my fears; Peter was able to put me at ease and take care of my phone needs quickly and completely. Thank you Peter for the Great Customer Service !!!!!

I had great customer service here. Went in for a new service and phone and was the easiest experience Ive had. Christina Ruiz assisted me in setting up my services and phone and did it in a very easy and understanding fashion. She explained everything very well and broke my monthly and start up fees so I knew what to expect and exactly what I was getting into. I will be back to see her to bring my family and friends to the Verizon team.
