I had a very bad experience. I brought in a large plasma tv to be fixed it turned off randomly. It took them a month to tell me what was wrong with it, They told me that they would let me know what was wrong with it in a few days. After two weeks I went in to ask and they had not gotten to it but said they would call me by Friday, they did not call I did they same thing the next week. Turns out they didnt even have my information in their system to even call me. They finally fixed it I brought it home and plugged it in and the fan is super loud and unbearable to listen to, I went to ask why it does this and they said they can not help with it. I am over all very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend anyone to bring something any electronics they need fixed there.

Shatter Masters is by far the greatest place for all your iPhone, iPod, and iPad repair parts. Ive ordered many screen from them over the past week and have not had a single defect part. The owner is very quick to respond. Hes even answered my calls in the middle of the night to give me advice on repairs. By far the greatest supplier! Great prices, amazing customer service, and unbeatable parts. Seriously, dont hesitate to use this place as your number one supplier. You wont regret it.

IT WAD TERRIBLE! They had the phone for a week. Then I went in to get the phone but they didnt have it done yet. And then they said it be done the next day then we went in early on the next day and they still didnt have it done ,but then they said it would be done by 2. And it wasnt. So they said it would be done the next day and then they had a smart alec look on thier faces. It was just easier to buy a brand new phone.IT WAS TERRIBLE!

Shatter Masters has the best quality parts I have purchased. The owner is great to work with and takes care of customers. I have not seen any other person dedicate a lot of effort to have the best quality parts and works on customers devices like if it was one of his own. Great place to have soldering work too. Quality Parts, Great Service, Great Warranty, what more can you ask.

The customer service at Shadow Masters was always quite friendly. However, I had quite a negative experience. It took two weeks with me always contacting them to try and fix the keyboard for my tablet. I was continually told dates when the problem would be resolved, but it never was. In the end, I did not even receive a new keyboard.

Iphone 6 screen was replaced promptly. But website advertises $95-actual cost $128. Misleading, at least. Excuse was they just havent updated the website. (Why not?) Ive heard good things about the place at the mall - & they throw in a screen protector for free.
