I wish an abundance of luck to anyone who is trying to get a hold of an actual human at this location. The telephone prompt has an option to speak to an in store associate - after 30 seconds it has the option to stay on hold for longer, after another 30 seconds the only option it to speak to someone nationally, if you do not choose that option it will hang up on you. I have tried calling them multiple times and nothing ever changes. The outrageous amounts they are charging on their bills are most obviously not going into hiring anyone who is remotely helpful.
Brian Fountain helped my parents with switching our service to Verizon. I am from out of state so I had to pick up my new phone at a different store. Long story short he was doing some very shady things in order to increase his commission. Thankfully my rep at the store I went to here in Colorado caught on and was able to reverse the damages he had done. Avoid this store at all costs. Sad that this place is a CORPORATE store and things like this happen. Ill never step foot in that store, EVER.
My daughter purchased a phone at the Antioch store and was very satisfied. Unfortunately she dropped the phone and it broke. She went to the Kearney location and was informed that they could not help because they were corporate and didnt work with agents. I drove all the way back to Antioch and was informed that the lady flat out lied about not being able to help her. Im a little irritated. We will be doing future business with Antioch.
overcharge you for everything. can get the same phone and way cheaper with straight talk, and they dont overcharge you ridiculous amounts for data. have to pay up front for a phone, but i did the math, and you can buy a new best and latest smartphone every six month with the money you would save on verizons monthly charges. customer service is bad. good luck talking to an actual person.
My wife and I traded in our old phones for new ones during a promotion. The staff did not handle it properly, and our account ended up being charged $630 extra. When we went into the store to get it fixed, their advice was to "wait it out. Those charges should go away." We went to another Verizon store and they fixed the issue for us right away.
Sometimes you get what you pay for, Verizon in Kearney is one of them. The service is excellent and their selection is fantastic. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Thanks for all the help guys and gals.
Ive used agent store only to find out if you have issue theyll send you to corporate store. Ive been to this store on several occasions and customer service is great and knowledgeable about products they sell.
The Kearney NE Verizon store across from Walmarts and the Mall is excellent. They always find the best deals for you and always are courteious.
I was told that my insurance would cover 100% of the phone, instead there was a very very large deductible. I plan to complain a great deal.
Need more support for phones older than 2 years instead of pushing for people to buy the newest
