Business owner purchased a phone in February for our SA store; signed up for autopay. The bill was due 3/10/16 and they shut off our service on 3/11/16 for lack of payment. No warning, nothing. Tried to login to our account to make a payment but was locked out of there too. Called customer service and got someone in India that I could hardly understand. Owner ended up having to go into the store to inquire and make a payment, and they charged him $3 on top of what the bill was. All because they dont understand the concept of AUTOPAY. Terrible customer service, and we werent even at fault!

Phone broke. Originally purchased insurance. Took the phone in for replacement. Was told it would be 24 hours to receive the replacement phone. Its been 5 days. Apparently the landline listed on the website does not work. Cant get an employee to answer. Dont bother to find this Authorized dealer.
