Walked in for an ATV battery, I wanted a different one from the one I bought because frankly it sucked. Immediately was bombarded by Im guessing the manager, blonde lady, and she looked up the battery I brought in, when I told her I wanted a different one she said that only that one would work and I know for a fact its not true because the original battery we had in there worked even better than the one I was replacing now. So I left and came back hours later in hopes she was gone, she wasnt but luckily I was bombarded by another sales clerk who I promptly told "Im just going to take a look around," yet I was still followed around the store. The Blonde woman, recognizing me said they still had the same battery ready for me, and at that point I said no thank you and left. I felt extremely pressured to buy the same damn battery that didnt work well before, It looked like they had good products but the service was so ridiculous, it was too much and too controlling. I will not try a third time.

I recently took my galaxy S5 here to replace a faulty charge port, upon return i noticed the screen glitching to where it would select and open aps at random without being touched. I immediately returned my phone and reported the problem to an employee I was told the part replaced was faulty and i would have to drive to another store location where they could fix the problem. The issue was fixed at the second location however after further inspection of my phone i notice my headphone jack would not work (everything on the phone was working prior to my visit except the charge port) . I returned to this location yet again to only be told that they did not touch the head phone jack and nothing else could be done to help me i was referred to a third party company in order to get the repair done on the headphone jack keep in mind i spent $80 on the current repair. I would suggest going to a more competent phone repair shop and save yourself some gas and time.

Went in to purchase a specific battery for a flashlight. Was treated with distaste as I asked questions about their product. I asked if it was a "protected" battery and all three employees had no idea what I was talking about. They informed me it would work, I purchased the battery just to find out it was the wrong size. Bottom line employees are rude and ill informed. Buy online.

Ordering online and picking up in the store was very simple. The merchandise was ready when I arrived. A clerk from the store called to let me know the order was ready in less than 1 hour of ordering and that the battery was in stock. Great customer service.

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have gotten a new battery for my cell phone and my husband and daughter-in-law have also gotten their replacement cell phone batteries there. I highly recommend it to anyone with battery needs of any kind.
