I had a great experience here the other day. When we walked through the door all the employees were assisting other customers, so it was really nice not to get bombarded as we walked through the door. Very shortly after, Alec came to assist us and he was nothing but kind, patient and very helpful! He was really knowledgeable about everything. He took the time to answer all my questions. Was very patient with me and my one year old, that of course wanted to just run around the whole store. I wish dealing with At&t customer service, and technicians was this easy, as I have had difficulties with them over the phone twice since friday. However, I will definitely be back to this location, to hopefully be assisted by Alec, for all my at&t needs.

They were helpful but pushed me on to a phone I didnt want. I just wanted more gigs. Its fine but I had a 6+ and loved it. Now I have a 7+ and yes the pics are noticeable but not so my to overlook the stinking cable situation by having one port, it does keep it waterproof so for many thats a great phone, I would from home with earbuds so I had to buy an adapter at Best Buy just to be able to charge and talk on phone. Works so great, just didnt want to be sold. I own a business and I just feel like I got sold rather that given a solution. I made it clear what I wanted. It would have been nice to get an opinion but not tag teamed. Just my preference. They were really nice though. That was true the entire time. Thx Sarah

If I could give less than one star, I would. Do not trust them!!!!! As previous reviewers have said, friendly staff, but also MISLEADING. I went in because of an issue with my iphone, and was given the opportunity to upgrade. Everything went smoothly. When I received my bill, the MANAGER had completely charged me for the wrong plan and not an upgrade. Went back into the store to discuss, and she said it was in the "paperwork she gave me". SHE DID NOT PROVIDE ANY PAPERWORK BECAUSE THEIR "PRINTER WAS DOWN". Their printer has been apparently down for two years....................I dont buy it. Now I am stuck on a 24 month installment, when I couldve had my phone fixed for free. DONT GET TALKED INTO ANYTHING BY THEM!!!!!!

< 1 star. Went to the store spoke with the "assistant manager" Dee, he told me on three occasions during our conversation he "really knows his job" and you guessed it ... he does not. The information he provided regarding cellphone plans, costs and rebates were all incorrect and misleading according to AT & T Customer Service. So either he does not know his job as well as he boosts or he is lying to customers to make a sale. Either way it reflects poorly on him and this particular store. My advice is to avoid this store and in particular Dee!!! Dee... maybe you should be selling used cars instead? BTW I got a great new i phone elsewhere.

I brought my Android into the store thinking I wouldnt ever get it to work again when the nicest most helpful employee named Trevor was there to assist me. My expirence with trevor was incredible, he seemed to know my problems and how to fix my phone before I even knew them myself, and without making me feel dumb he helped me! This was my first time at this location and it has been hands down first on my list compared to ANY other phone service store, including at&t on southbound 281 and bitters

First time at this location, very clean and professional store. People seemed happy to work there. Robert was a great help and rather knowledgeable about the iPhone 7. Helped me quickly pre-order my new phone and... Got me a fantastic deal on a new iPad and discounted my accessories! This is my new home store, theres always a long wait at Alamo Ranch and the energy isnt as refreshing as it was here at the Bandera location. Thank you sweet baby Jesus!

Att employees car hit my wife and her car as she was getting out in parking lot. Att employees verbally abused and bullied my wife. They were at fault and injured her leg. Notified store manager and he laughed it off even though his employees admitted to it when confronted. Management and employees at this store Definitely dont care about people or customers. Sadly we are currently longtime att customers.

I truly appreciate the time he took to explain all the benefits of switching services from my previous phone and internet carrier. My! My! What an awesome deal. Gabriel Martinez the manager at this location along with his helpful crew are always there to help and answer any questions you might have. I came in with 5 old iPhones and walked out with 2 iPhone 7s and ordered three that will be delivered to my home address. Thank you AT&T. Thank you Gabriel for your amazing customer service. TERRIBLE. WAITED FOR 30 MINUTES AND DISMISSED IN 30 SECONDS. I PAY OVER $600 PER MONTH FOR 6 DEVICES. WOULDNT LOOK UP ACCT NUMBER, TOLD IT WAS "APPLES PROBLEM." I had an issue. AT&T told me to go back to this store to get it resolved and they made a note instructing the store to do it. The manager denied me and wouldnt even look at my account. I called AT&T back and they handled the situation for me. I like a lot of these AT&T retailers, but this one...I wont be going back there.

This AT&T location is fantastic! I received all of the help and information I needed to make a decision as to which phone will best serve my needs. I work as an office manager and Im so happy with my purchase! The entire staff is extremely polite and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Worst service ever!! Waited for 45 min just to told they are not a REAL AT&T store. And an oh well sorry for your lost time! Would have been nice to have someone ask why I was there and not just write my name down and we will get with you at some point! Never again!
