Junk Mail

Was told 3-5 days for part to arrive and 2 hours to fix. It took 9 days and 5 hours to fix. Th is after 3 phone calls and 2 stops to inquire. Each time they promised me a phone call right back. The call never came and customer service was abysmal at best in the store. The owner seemed ok, just not the folks working for him. I can understand mail arriving late, what I cant understand is the poor customer service and not following up with customers. My first and last shopping experience here. I support local small business, just not this one.

Paid for a glass to ordered for my phone 2 and a half weeks ago 159.24. Never got a call. Then I went in after a week. They said a few more days...waited..came back..was told tracking says on this past monday..here it is the 23rd..I come in a now they say the part was never sent..ok refund me.."we dont have enough money in register to refund you. You have to wait till a customer comes in with the amount we need to refund you". What the Heck. I think thats shady...make this place your last resort

Cool guys who thoroughly explain what needs to be done for any phone issue. Free diagnostic of what is wrong with your phone and absolutely nothing is done until you yourself authorize the repair. So, unlike many other mobile repair stores, they do not BS you. Highly recommend.

The worst place you could ever go to, to get your phone fixed i would never recomend anyone to go this place. They jipped me $100. Take your money else where if you really want to get your screen fixed! Cause they do a terrible job and bullshiit you!

Decided to have the cracked glass on my old tablet replaced. Took them only 2hours drop off to pickup. Might have been pure luck they had the screen in stock, but Im *really* happy! Thanks guys.
