It would be nice if they would pick up the phone if they have a number for that you cannot even contact anybody or speak to anyone ridiculous I had the phone one day and it got locked up with a virus my friend did a factory hard reset on it and therefore I lost my new Google account number there was nothing they could do for me a refund me or otherwise Plus that day that I went. After dropping off the phone and then tell me if they could do nothing for me I asked the girl to please close my automatic payment account I saw her do something on the computer but apparently they still withdrew $60 out of my account which has yet to be refunded this was several months ago now I have a locked phone that I can do nothing with nor can I get any of my pictures or videos the girl Monica very helpful her boss on the other hand very short with me and not concerned about my dilemma at all

Brittany Sizemore >>>>>>>>>> i think you are a racist talking like that for some one without any info , my name is jason smith and these people transfered all my info from my old phone which was broken and they were so helpful transfering my contacts , pictures and etc AND THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME LIKE OTHERS DO everything was a great experience and i recommend this store since its a very clean store and it smells beautiful and we left happily ever after thankyou guys i am sorry i dont remember your names but y`ll will always be in my prayers , do not get mislead by people like brittany maybe she wanted something for free and did`t get it , i strongly recomend this location for metro pcs and i live right in the neighboorhood on mustang canyon 78244

Terrible customer service. Went in to ask a question and the indian man who refused to tell me his name said he had no idea what was wrong. I proceeded to ask if he could look at it and he shut my phone off and said he had no idea and then started getting loud with me. Told me hes not giving any "free handouts" and i might as well get out of his store. Lol. All in all, terrible terrible service. Went to the one in woodlake plaza and the girl was the nicest one ever and helped me with my problem that was just a wifi issue. I would never recomend this store to anyone

I went to MetroPCS on FM 78, and they wouldnt help me with my warrenty. My phone was completely screwed up and nothing would work. I went here to Binz engleman MetroPCS and Romeo saved my life. He helped me with warranty and quickly got me a new phone, and transfered me to a UNLIMITED DATA for no cost. Also, magically he was able to transfer all my pics and contacts to the new phone within minutes, thanks ... And FM 78 wanted to sell me a new phone. And I got everything done of zero dollars Romeo you the man

The best fast friendly service I have ever had ever the girls were great especially Ashley who I meet during breakfast the previous morning saw the trouble I was having with my phone and explained an offer that I thought was to good to be true so decided to just to go and see and boy was I glad I did everything she said was true got a great phone and price just as she quoted and even set up my Bluetooth for me its good its honest nice people left Im a lifetime customer thanks Ashley.
