Hey just wanted to say thanks for letting someone use my account without my permission/authorization and rack up my bill! I appreciate how you all let someone walk in and make purchases on my account because they knew my name and what I was told was "well we take our customers word for it" WOW well then what is the point of having an authorized user(s) on an account in the first place!! Now after being a loyal customer for 7+ years you all are saying if I refuse to pay an enormous bill I didnt even agree to T-mobile is going to hit my credit and send me to collections!! THANKS Tmobile for F$*%&^ over a loyal customer who always paid their bill!!! I would not recommend this cell phone service to anyone who like peace of mind and believes they could trust a "Big Company" with their money and information! By the way I am no longer with T-mobile because of this issue. #tmobile

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible signal. Been a customer for 15 years and in the recent year signal has significantly worsened, tech support is no help and can never fix the problem, signal boosters are complete junk. Tech support asks questions about things Ive already told them the answers too and end up hanging up because they can never find a solution. Absolutely trash of a service. Wouldnt recommend to anybody

Was not very happy with their customer service. When I tried getting a new phone they did not help me to transfer all my stuff and I ended up losing all my pictures and contacts. Will never go back their again even though I live in New Braunfels Ill make the drive to the San Marcos location.

Clean store. Friendly staff. All employees act as a team so youre sure to get helped. Sometimes theres a long wait time, but thats anywhere. Definitely recommend this store!

Great staff, nice new clean store. It can get really busy at times and you may end up waiting 30+ minutes to talk to an employee once youve been greeted.
