The guys at this store are very friendly and really know their stuff! They are patient and skilled in getting a non-tech oriented person such as myself through the confusing parts. I had a complicated issue with a phone, and Joseph went above and beyond to make it work for me! Thanks to Michael and Pay for their help, too! This store is a real asset to Lakeway! and would be worth the drive if you live elsewhere!

My experience with the store has been frustrating, irritating and tiresome. While the employees for the most part are nice, when there is a real issue there is no supervisor that will discuss your problem and work towards fixing it. I would think twice before getting a new phone through them, youre better going directly to Verizon Corporate. Buyers Beware!!!

These guys are AWESOME!! They were so polite and super efficient in solving my issues (and the issues of the other customers that were there!) Usually going to the phone store is such a pain in the a##! Not this time - they made it pleasant and even fun. Most important my problems were solved! Thank you to Michael Kleis and team !!!!!
