The only reason I give you 3 stars is because the people were nice. I took my iPhone here to get my LCD changed, that being the only problem at the time. They changed it, and it looked to have been in perfect condition. I was happy. Until I took it home and really used it for a bit. Before I brought my phone to them, my battery was working fine, a charge would last me at least the whole day if I wasnt really using it. But as of right now, even if my phone is on 100%, itll shut off, the "Plug into iTunes " screen comes on until I put it back to charge. Im not sure why this is happening NOW, but I guarantee you its not happened before I took my phone in. I also took my phone back to them to see if maybe my battery was the problem, and they said it wasnt. So Im not sure what happened when they fixed my screen but Im not really liking it... This review is in no way intended to persuade anyone into not bringing your phone there. This is just a personal experience.

Always my first stop for both software and hardware issues with my iPhone 5C. Excellent pricing on repairs, friendly and knowledgeable staff and a great selection phone accessories to boot. They have fixed my screen countless times and helped solve any software issues that invariably seem to pop up from time to time. Service is fast and completed when promised. One of the best things about iSmashed, in my opinion, is that they will not try to oversell or perform unnecessary repairs. They always start with the most basic solution to a problem, often the least or no-expense option, then work up from there if needed; this is how it should be done. In short, i ditched my phone carriers insurance plan and just take my phone iSmash when there is an issues. This costs me less overall, saves me time, and I get to support an awesome local Asheville area business. Thanks guys.

Previously got my iphone 6 lcd replaced and it decided to stop working at random times and would make a soild/flashing white bar at the top of my phone (probably because of cheap after market parts), I had to occasionally bend the top of my screen to get it to be responsive. I went in about 3 days ago and the costumer service and bushiness to customer interaction was horrible and uneasy, just as I remember last time. and obviously I decided not to get it replaced again there.... really pressuring,pushy and fake interaction coming from the two bushiness owners (it was just the heavier set male while I was there) -

Took my iPhone in cause of cracked screen. They did an awesome job on fixing the screen but, they seemed to break (not know how to wire) the headphone jack. Also while making calls on my phone it only works on speaker otherwise the other person on the other will not be able to hear. These 2 things were working before taking it in to their shop. They said they would fix it free of charge but, its been more than a week... I recommend you take your phone else where.

I took my iPhone in when the charge port stopped working, hoping to get it replaced. They said that they could do that in 30 minutes but when I returned they had even better news. They had found an obstruction blocking the port; they removed it and refused to charge me for their trouble. Many repair places seem to look for additional repairs to pad the bill; I cant recommend Eddy and Chris highly enough for going in the other direction.

We called every electronic repair store in WNC and all had turned us away except for iSmashed NC. We were very grateful and lucky to have contacted them because if not our pictures would have been lost in our broken Motorola phone. If you are wondering about contacting them think no more, this is by far the best service and most friendly electronic repair store that will do whatever it takes to fix your device. Thank you.
