I recently bought a Iphone 7 for my son for Christmas .Before I did this I did some reach and called over to the Verizon on Brevard Rd and got to speak with CJ. My experience with CJ on the phone was really good. He was very confident , knowledgeable and caring about my needs when we spoke. I had also spoke with two other phone carriers before speaking with CJ . I new that when I got off the phone with him that this was my best choice to get a new phone from. I then went over to the store and got to meet with CJ and he really took a lot of time to make sure I new what I was getting and made sure I understood everything . He took his time with my son and I and we both were very pleased when we left there. I will end up returning to him for my new phone when its time and also will refer other people I know to him. His since of humor was just what my son and I needed at the time of this transaction. Buying a new phone can be stressful and he made it so much more comfortable ! Thanks again CJ for all your help! The screen on my phone died and I needed a replacement quickly but couldnt get away from work for too long. Ran down to this Verizon store and had a great customer service experience with Simeon Napoli. I told him what I needed in a phone and some of my misgivings about certain brands and he showed me a good variety of phones to choose from without trying to push me to ones I didnt want. He gave me pros and cons on each so I could make an informed decision on my own. I ended up with a Moto Z Droid (which is awesome, BTW) and Simeon was nice enough to let me leave it and my old phone with him so he could transfer all of my pics, contacts, etc. while I went back to work. Even without a working screen on the old phone he was able to get everything onto the Droid for me. He was super helpful, never pushy, and Im so appreciative of all that he did. He even noticed that I could switch to a cheaper plan, so he saved me money, too!

Switched over 4 lines from AT&T with 3 new iPhone 7 Plus purchased at the store and 1 used from AT&T. 2 new iPhone 7 Plus were eligible for Verizon trade-in rebate program at $649 and $629 account credit each, which make the 2 new iPhones almost free. The problem was that sales person gave me completely wrong information regarding the trade-in, told me to wait for the prepaid shipping boxes to come to my house. I waited for 2 weeks but nothing came. I called the sales person and he told me again just wait for it. I called Verizon customer care and was told that I physically had to request the trade-ins. I almost did not get the trade-in because of him. He wasnt even friendly and clearly did not know much about what Verizon offered. It was such a bad experience probably due to poor management of this non-corporate authorized retailer. Go to other locations.

Five star for Sales Rep....Zero stars for Bussiness Acct Division. I was at the Brevard store in Asheville and was with Sales person Mark Martin for 4.5 HOURS. He hung in there with me trying to get our Business Account squared away. We need to purchase two new phones (cant make outgoing calls--bad for business) but our Corp Acct was messed up. He tried profusely to help and it was still not fixed when I left. I actually called him the next day (he gave me his cell#) to say the Corp Verizon email sent to register expired after 12 hrs--even though it said good for 24 hrs. We are to the point of changing carriers BUT Mark is sticking with us.....Youre lucky to have this guy....hes the ONLY reason we sticking in for a few more days. Your Business Accts division is pathetic.

Was worse than the DMV. Sat there for four hours without being acknowledged and decided to leave and get groceries at the ingles next door and wait in the phone with Verizon. I walked around the store and not one person ever looked at me to say anything. Id rather wait at mission hospital which is local with my fingers cut off for hours which I witnessed about two years ago. If you come here I suggest bringing an attractive grand daughter, daughter, or wife/girlfriend. I came to spend money and left wanting to join the worst phone company available just to e Perone with good service. Thanks at and t or whoever the worst company is. See you soon.

From the moment I walked in the door I was promptly greeted by the sales Rep James. He helped me choose which phone I wanted and set all my preferences up to my liking. His co-worked Nate was also giving his input on which phone I should choose. Between the two of them they helped me choose just the right one. They switched all my old pictures over and probably even saw some stuff they didnt want to see.... we even got a chuckle out of it lol! EXCELLENT TEAMWORK JAMES AND NATE! I am one happy customer & will be returning. YOU GUYS ROCK A+++!!

My wife and I were helped by Seth. He was an outstanding representative. His knowledge and professionalism were excellent and his customer service was second to none. While waiting I overheard him with a young customer who was buying her first phone plan and he exhibited amazing patience and candor with her explaining how the different charges will apply and how she should use her device to avoid overage charges etc... I would highly recommend Verizon as a carrier and this store as a place to buy.

Had a really wonderful experience! Katie was the young lady who had helped me with my plan. Not only was she so sweet and willing to help me, she also found a way to save me $30 every month off my bill. She definitely knew what she was doing and was willing to go the extra mile just to help me with my situation. I definitely recommend anyone who is looking to buy a new phone or change plans to go and see Katie. You will not be disappointed and will be glad that you did!

My experience getting my new phone was a true delight! Katie Messer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She helped me upgrade to a new phone as well as saved me money on my monthly bill. She also gave me a discount that I didnt know about. She is truly an asset to Verizon Wireless! I will not go anywhere else! And I recommend anyone who needs a new phone to go see Katie.
