If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an experience where the agent told me I would receive a rebate on my phone for $300, and so I decided to buy a nicer phone because my budget would allow it. A month later, more than 12 hours on the phone with customer service and 3 hours in the store, I find out that only the store can handle the issue. Customer service and the store have been sending me back to one another with no one willing to fix the issue. I lost $300 because of the retailers lack of knowledge, and they refuse to take responsibility for this.

People do yourself a favor and go see Saad at Cellular sales at the Kingsport Mall. He was extremely nice and patient showing me and my wife our new tablet we purchased from him. We are not knowledgeable about Smartphones and Tablets and Saad really took his time showing us how our current phones and our new tablet works. I had a great experience at the fort henry mall cellular sales store. It has way quicker service and better face to face service. Ive been to best buy and the corporate store and they dont take the time to sit down and explain your plan ot or phone or nothing. We had great customer service here and will never go to a different location.

Way better experience than any Verizon store I have ever been to. I normally visit the Norton store but will do all my business at this location from now on. Joe was extremely helpful and made this a enjoyable experience (one of the best of my life). I would recommend this store to anyone.
