Found this business through a Google search for "cell phone repair near me". I read his Google reviews and some Facebook reviews, they were all good so I felt safe handing my cell phone over for repair (Nexus 6p). I had a bent frame at the volume and power buttons and the power button was sticking and not allowing for unlock and caused a constant reboot. He was able to fix the issue and charged me a lot less than I feared it would cost! I cant recommend him enough and I will definitely take all my cell phone issues to him in the future. Thank you!

Went by and the man I spoke with told me he Could replace my i phone 6 screen and to come back the next day. I did so and the hours of operation are 9:30 to 5:30, I sat there for 2 hours waiting for them to open from 9:30 to 11:30. I even knocked on the door. So, now Im driving to Johnson City to get it replaced. This business may be reputable, but when your neon sign in the window is on and blinking open, then be open.

Kingsport Device Repair to the rescue!! They fixed my shattered iPhone 6 screen and a shattered iPad screen. Great quality service, quick service, friendly and professional. Both products look brand new and work excellent! There are some pretty fun gadgets and products they have in store too! My kids love the Bluetooth fidget spinners we picked up while we were there. Didnt put my screen on all the way and ever since I got it back the screen goes crazy like a piece isnt on right! Definitely want it fixed or I wont be back! I paid to much for these problems!

Turned away my business.. Dont believe the are fully equipped for all situations as a repair shop should be. Said they couldnt fix my phone, so had to get it fixed somewhere else.
