Got a second line added , was promised by the store manager , my immediate next month bill would only be slightly more ($10) than the contract we agreed on. Next months bill came and was over $60 more than the contract we agreed on! I went in this particular store 2 separate occasions to try figuring out why the bill is so high, after hearing nothing but a run around answer that no one in the store could completely explain , they put me on the phone in store with there customer service ,which made things even more confusing ,I was left empty handed with an outrageous bill , not really a big deal if Everything was explained thoroughly and properly. Seems this store is not very Informative and only clear goal is to obtain next sale.....Not Happy!

Theyre not a real Verizon store There an outlet, When you go to return your phone after you figured it out at their swindling you , . Theyre going to hit you in every charge that you put theyre going to hit you with every charge , From $214 deposit 3 day later on returning phone you will be taken for a ride of $151.50 + a $37 return fee ! From $214.49 return only 31.95 back on c.c. I have my paper work & as I will post on public ! My husband and I went in to get our account number after having a terrible experience at the store on 50 we went to this one wanting to get it and switch. We were quickly greeted by genesis, we asked for our account number and she was very polite and not pushy. Because of that we decided to stay and left with two new iPhones and this store now has a customer for life. If Verizon hired more people like her no one would want to switch. Thank you for being kind and helpful. Would recommend this store over any other store. Ill be driving 25 minutes just to go to this store thank you for everything.

I am an AT&T costumer and they treated me a thousand times better than AT&T did. Called and talked to Simone about cases for my Galaxy, she took her time telling me about the different cases available. When I got to the store Simone was busy with a costumer but she still got me to the where the cases were and then Chris took over. Chris was awesome, he helped me pick a case and even put the screen protector on my phone for me. I definitely recommend this store to everyone!!! Thanks a bunch guys!

I was somewhat lost when I purchased a new phone and so I ended up at this Verizon store with Brandon graciously walking me through the steps and connecting my phone I have been traveling dropped my phone the speaker did not work so I could not make any phone calls and I was stranded if it wasnt for Brandon taking the time to walk me through the process and turn my phone on I dont know where I would have been thank you so much for your wonderful help!!

Went in there to purchase a new phone, Brandon was the representative that took care of me doing so in a timely manor, and the best part of my visit to the store what that Brandon ended up finding out a couple of ways to save me money each month on my plan! If you need a phone definitely make sure Brandon is there!! You wont regret it!

He was considerate when my son fell asleep and came and sat next to me and took care of everything right there so I didnt have to get up and wake my son. Yes they told me that they would have a cover for my G4 phone last month. I kept checking in ,and never got one. I finally got one at the Verizon store 52 and Little Road, much better people to work with. Im now going to get a refund from the this store that Ive been waiting over a month for a case.

One of the best Verizon stores Ive been too. Everyone in the store was so helpful and patient. Genesis And Lauren helped me learn a few new things on my phone and were so patient with me. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone who wants a short wait and great customer service.

The Associates and Managers are the best! They take the time to get you the best deals and they treat you like a human being. They are not "pushy" like at other stores and they dont try to make you buy stuff that you dont want!
