I really like how this location is conveniently located in the Meijers I shop at. Ive come to this location twice when Ive had small issues with my phone. The first time my phone would not make calls out of nowhere. The guy, I believe his name was Ryan, checked it out for me. It ended up being something really ridiculously simple.. The wi-fi calling got turned on by accident. He switched out my SIM card for free and no charge for the fix. The second time, my phone wouldnt send or receive picture messages. The guy resolved the issue in a few minutes, no charge and I was out of the store in about 10 minutes. They dont have a huge selection of phones at this location, but good customer service.
