Monday morning December 9, 2016. I went to this store with a friend, intending to purchase two phones and a couple of car chargers. The two gentlemen (if I can call them that) behind the registers were busy, one with a customer who spoke limited English and one with a customer setting up a new account. We had no problem waiting, except that neither employee bothered even looking up to acknowledge us. Let alone saying "Be with you as soon as I can." We waited ten minutes by my clock, wandering around looking at things, hoping to at least be greeted. No such luck. When the employee working with the person whose English was limited finished, the other employee asked him to come over and look at something on the computer. Neither still acknowledged our presence. Instead, the one whod been called over spent his time fixing whatever was wrong with what had been entered, while the other just stood there. Didnt ask us if we needed help with something. Didnt look at either of us. Just ignored both of us. Another eight minutes went by. My friend finally went up to the employee who was just standing there and said politely "Excuse me. We just need some quick information about a car charger." The employee finally looked at her and said "Be with you as soon as I can." Now were at twenty minutes, and a phone call comes in. The employee whod said "Be with you as soon..." hands the phone to the other employee. Instead of telling the caller "Sorry, I have customers waiting, Ill be with you as soon as possible", he took the call! We gave it another five minutes, by the clock, then left. 25 completely wasted minutes of being ignored by people who supposedly are in business to take our money. We went to another Verizon dealer and spent our two thousand dollars there. We were left wondering whether, if wed been men in business suits, we would at least have been acknowledged. This is a case of either ridiculously poor training, or ridiculously rude people. In either event, they lost our business and that of any friends we could tell.

I dealt with a man named Sean. Let me start by saying he is an absolute asset to this store. If you need quality service be sure to see him. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and let me know what my options were as far as upgrading, etc. He is more than knowledgeable and very professional. I normally dread this experience but he made it very easy and painless. The only negative experience was how crystal clear it was that the manager (Mike) treated the staff horribly. His lack of professionalism was nauseating . I couldnt help but notice how rude he was to not only the staff but also the customers. He made a sleazy used car man look like a nice guy. What a toxic work environment . I rarely leave these reviews but I am doing so because Sean deserves the recognition and obviously telling his manager would have been a waste of time.

This is the Store to go to for good customer service.....Not the Cortez Store location which was all about Sales for them, didnt explain that contracts were extended on Home line and new Tablet with upgrade. Tablet malfunctioned & they wouldnt take it back and made me go home to call myself!!! After several visits they didnt care to explain anything to me. I went to the Verizon store on manatee Ave w. And spoke to Michael...and he patiently explained everything to me, that the other store did. Finally I get some understanding of it all. I will continue to use this store from now on. Thank you Michael and staff.

Bring your lunch and a big book.....they drag it out for hours. I have had to use them several times my experience varies by representative. Most are slow and you will wait 1 1/2 hours for them to sell a phone while you have a simple question. They openly laugh at older people who are not savy, and I saw store manager (Michael) refuse to wait on an older vet who complained that he was ignored. Accessories are over priced and can be purchased for 50-75% less on the web. Avoid Michael or better go to another store unless you are lonely and want to waste an entire day.

Michael is why I visit Verizon whenever I need something about my phone, service or accessories. Today, I bought the new iPhone SE!!! Michael was unbelievably informative with the transfer of all of my email accounts and photos! He spent over an hour on purpose ( he didnt get a lunch break) making sure I had everything in place for my new phone. He is always kind, knowledgeable and gives incredible customer service. If you need anything visit the store in West Bradenton off Manatee Ave by the beach. Ask for Michael. You will not be disappointed!

This store is great! I waited almost 2 hours at the store at Cortez and 41 before getting fed up and leaving and went to this store instead. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Sean got me set up with my new phone, a tablet and everything I needed all at a great price. He even took the time to walk me through my new devices while they were busy! Was in and out in less time then I spent waiting at the other store. Will definitely be back for the great customer service!

This store and Michael are great, they helped me and my wife reset passwords. They know team work!! and took extra time to show us our new devices. I never received that great of customer service at any other store. I didnt feel rushed at all like I did last time at the 14th store. Thank you for all your help Michael and staff.

Michael was a huge help with my devices when I couldnt get online. He stayed 1 hr past his schedule just to help; and, I didnt even purchase anything! Also, they recently remodeled the store & looks looks awesome with many more products on display. I highly recommend this store for all your Verizon Wireless needs. D. Young

Sean and Kevin both helped me today with trading in my iPhone 4 and going to a 7. Both were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I had many questions and they were patient with answering all of them! I would definitely come back to this store and ask for both of these gentlemen.

Best Verizon store ever. Just bought a new iPhone here, great customer service. Unlike other Verizon stores they treated me with respect and knew all the deals. I left the other Verizon store across town and came here and I could not believe the difference. Bryce and Mike were great.

I would like to compliment Michael Lisella on fantastic customer service. My sister and I came in to the store with some email problems and Michael was patient and extremely helpful. We were very grateful!!! He is an excellent employee!! Verizon is very fortunate to have him!!!
