Absolutely the worst customer service on the face of this planet. All they care about is taking money from you. Verizon, you need to treat your customers better, especially when we have shelled out thousands of dollars each year to pay your worthless salaries. It doesnt surprise me that this particular location had one star and in fact deserves ZERO STARS as they are horrible. Store manager passes the buck to her incompetent goons who then like to argue with you when they ARE WRONG! To have great sales, you need to have even better customer service. When you admit that the problem was not user-error and in fact was a defective product, you need to stand up and make things right for your customers. It doesnt matter if you have more cellular coverage or better service options when your customer service is that horrible, its just not worth it. People who are considering to sign up with Verizon, particularly at this location... DONT! Run as fast as you can! You might even have better luck at one of those franchise locations. This corporate owned Verizon store needs to be retrained in how to treat your customers. If I was the area manager of this store, I would be appalled at how unprofessional and untrained these employee are. These people are supposed to represent your brand Verizon and frankly they are an embarrassment. Bottomline: STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SUCKED DRY OF YOUR MONEY AND BE TREATED LIKE DIRT!

THE worst store Ive been in. Lie thru their teeth about what Verizon Edge program is. Not a misunderstanding. ..but well thought out lies. It was too good to be true. "Salesman" named Josh absolutely lied about several things concerning Edge program (his boss covered for him). ..and catch is, u have 15 days to change plan..but u dont get a bill for 20 days or more. Smart Verizon! !! Hate to say this...but place reminds me of a bad used car lot or the Star Wars bar scene. Goes without saying we are thru with Verizon after we get thru Edge program. Buyer beware, its a ripoff...and the Port Richey store (on Rt 19) ranks with the worst businesses ever..if I could rate them a zero I would. The person who rated them 5 stars must work there.

Switched from Sprint to Verizon, BIG MISTAKE. My wifes phone had a meltdown. Went in and spoke with the store manager Jamie, who is VERY RUDE and has no clue of what customer service is. My wifes phone wasnt working and under the contract she still has 6 months before she can upgrade. Store manager Jamie offered to my wife to pay full price for a phone and also purchase $65 in accessories, plus $30 for upgrade and sign a new 2 year contract and Store manager Jamie would allow her to get another phone. Well we just canceled our Verizon account and went back to Sprint. Best advice, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CORP STORE AND VERIZON!!!!

Wow! This is the worst Verizon store Ive ever been to. Ive been a customer for 15+ years and never have a had such terrible customer service from Verizon. They refused to release the phone I had already paid online for. Then after Verizon called them directly to authorize the release to me they still would not cooperate. They then cancelled my order without authorization because they simply assumed I wasnt going to come back to pick it up. I just cant understand this because Ive always had such a great experience with Verizon. I strongly recommend avoiding this location at all cost!

I cant believe how horrible the customer service is in this place. They refuse to help and we were told repeatedly just to change carriers. Unbelievable! I guess I should just take their advice and take my business elsewhere! To have been a loyal customer for 8+ years and to be pushed away "yes I will change carriers. Thank you!" Verizon I think its time to work on customer service skills.

Worse experience ever. No Help!! Short version, needed to buy a phone, already contacted customer service about my payment. They issues me a credit so I can purchase a phone. The rep didnt see it and didnt want to call cause of my outstanding bill to which I had already explained why they gave me a credit. He sti refused I walked out.
