I was in on Saturday 4/15/2017 and the Sales Associate was Kristin. She was excellent and a great help. I purchased a new Iphone 7 and also an Ipad. I spent over $500 plus payments for the iphone. When Kristin was putting on the screen protector on the iphone, there must have been some dust underneath as she had 2 spots she was lifting up and trying to get the specks of dust out. When I got home, I wiped the screen with a micro-cloth, and 2 nicks were now showing. In the same spots as where the dust specks were. Since the next day was Easter and the store was closed, I went back on Monday after work. There were 2 guys working in the store. Both were with customers and when 1 finished, I walked over to his desk. He just stared at me. No hello, how are you, can I help you, etc. I told him my screen protector had nicks in it and I want it replaced. The 1st words out of his mouth was that I must have damaged it with my keys. I told him I keep my keys totally separate from my phone in my purse. Im not an idiot and know how to handle and protect phones. I explained what happened on Saturday with Kristin. He said again, that hes seen this before and I must have damaged it. He was very perturbed and rude. He did replace the screen protector, but not with the translucent one I had previously as they were out of stock. I thanked him and left. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and have NEVER been treated so poorly. I have always paid my bill on time and very rarely come into the stores other than to purchase new phones or accessories. If I hadnt just upgraded my phone, I would not be a Verizon customer any more. This guy crushed a 20+ year relationship with Verizon. He needs an attitude adjustment and training in customer service. Next upgrade for my husband is in January 2018 and we will not upgrade his phone or service with Verizon. I wish I could give negative 5 stars for this rude associate. BTW, I have 3 dust specks on this replaced screen protector!

I was switching over to Verizon from another carrier and had the pleasure of having Jason B at this location for my sales rep. Jason told me about the various phones and cost and was extremely patient and professional listening to what I was looking for. He even paired my car to the phone I chose as well as set up all my emails and transferred the information from my previous phone. He also installed the existing Aps on my screen so I walked out with a different phone but all the info was there. Unfortunately, when I got home there was difficulty with reception at my house. We discussed options and I tried two other phones but found out my area is not a strong area for Verizon. I returned the phone today and had to go to another carrier but the only reason I never considered leaving Verizon was because of Jason and his diligence in trying to make this work. Verizon should be proud to have someone like him on their team and I would certainly recommend any one else I know who is considering Verizon to contact him. He also worked with my family on their upgrade and they also will recommend him to others. Thank you Jason and you truly represent Verizon in the most sincere and professional manner!

I initially went into the store with a general question. Jonathan Ramos was my contact. He answered my question and then looked at my account and discovered I was due for a new phone if I wanted & apple was having a deal/sale at the time. We discussed different options and decided on the new i-phone 7. He went out of his way to find me one I would be satisfied with and suited my needs. He reviewed my new contract and told me what would happen each step of the way. I met him at the store this AM & he totally set up my phone & answered questions. Throughout my experience he has been very knowledgeable, very passionate about his work, very customer service oriented and just a delight to deal with. He is a true leader and a born salesman, but he is a cut above that in that he really seems to care that the customer gets what they need & will help any way he can. I truly feel he is a "diamond" in an industry where most are just "rocks". & Verizon should feel lucky to have him on their team

Was sold new phones and a plan by a salesman named Abraham. Told me that my new plan would carry a 19% discount because I worked for Pasco County School Board and all I had to do was apply for it. Even though the plan would cost more at the start with the discount it would be lower then what I was paying. Found out from Verizon Wireless directly after I questioned my new bill with no discount that the plan he signed me up for was not eligible for the discount and never was. As they put it I was misinformed by the salesman. the way I put it I was lied to by the salesman to secure the sale. Watch out for this tactic.

Came into the version store about issues with my LGG4 and the service that was given to me was amazing!!!! Everyone was helpful! They were talkative and I didnt have a bored moment.every great customer service. Sena at verizon helped me above and beyond of what I was looking for. She solved my phone problem and introduced me to a new device called the hum the will help me out with any car issue and provide a bunch of car services. Its a good device to have! I will definitely be back because of her and the great experience from the team!!

I had taken a cruise to Alaska, my phone died while there, when I returned I had gotten a replacement phone which was defective. I went in this morning and with Jason Bs help, knowledge and patience I now have a brand new phone with all my content safely transferred. He explained all the new things on my phone and showed me how to get around and use them. He was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thats a good store to check out.

Tammy had me at hello!! I came in so angry and ready to dump Verizon once and for all and Im walking out with an entirely different attitude!!! And an order for two new phones!! I am so grateful! She is so knowledgeable and helpful, she didnt make me feel like she was "selling" me anything....she answered my questions and provided me with multiple options! I know without a doubt that when I come back for my phone s I will be taken care of

I have been having issues with this phone since I bought it in February!! I have visited multiple locations to get the issues resolved to include the big store in the mall. I drop calls, Windows pop up, and I cant ever use the phone because it has a life of its own! Sena found the issue, and it acts like a brand new device! Now I dont want to throw it in the gutter! Go to this store for your needs.
