Erin is rude and lazy. She would not help you with anything at all. She only cares for making the commission she gets out of the sales she makes. Do not ask her any question, information or help its useless.

Worst of the worst....went on my lunch hour, waited 30 minutes with no luck....went after work waited 45 minutes ( the manager left while I was waiting) with no luck...worst service I have ever seen.

There is no service after the sale. Once you walk out the door with your new phones you are dead to them. If you are getting new service there great but do not expect any service after the sale.
