I went to this store on 3/24/17 to upgrade my phone to a newer, better model. I purchased an LG Power X for $99.99 plus a $25 charge for the upgrade. The two employees in the store were absolute idiots. I did not get either of their names and I dont ever want to know them. They knew absolutely nothing about the equipment they were selling. They did not even know how to operate their own computer in the store. They were unable to successfully accept my credit card to pay for the new phone for over one hour. They were never able to provision my new phone, I had to call Cricket customer service myself get the new phone connected and working. So, if you want to do business with Cricket you should go to another store.
