I bought a phone and come to find out the person who sold it to me ended up knowing there were problems with the one they suggested. And I had to swap it out 4 times. On my new phone I was going to pay some and put on my phone bill like the person said but when I go to check out they tell me I have to pay for the whole thing right now. Im just glad I had the money since they already charged my card. Plus they will try to get you to buy one get one free and tell you on the bluetooth "Oh the free one is out of stock if you want one you have to buy it." Why bring it up if you dont have it and I didnt mention it. Im taking my business to the store in Johnson City.

Usually fast service and the employees are friendly. Sometimes they will be clueless about a new program or sale, so I think that management should do more training. Overall, its a good store.
