I am so sad to report that Petsmart grooming salon is not a safe place to take a pet nor did they do a good job grooming my standard poodles. After a grooming visit my dogs foot began to swell and turn red. After a visit over there I was told that it was an allergic reaction and could have been from the wildfires burning in the area. Also said "we didnt work on his feet" - of course they did. They had me PURCHASE hot spot spray and today when it was no better, suggested that I take him to my vet. They take no responsibility for any of it. My female poodles groom was choppy and uneven and they took way to much hair off her top knot. She looks like she has a tiny head. BAD experience in every way possible.

Love the store and vet, but the groomer gets -5 stars from me. 8 weeks ago, they groomed my dogs, a poodle mix and maltese. They looked like a 5 year old got a hold of scisors and went to work. I called, complained and they tried to fix it bit said it couldnt be fixed all the way, because the hair would be too short. We went again, gave them 1 more chance, and again they look horrible. I have had these dogs 10 years and get them groomed regularly and this is the worst by far!

Very rare for me to write a terrible review but I have had very poor experinces here with the normal staff. My cat went to the Banfield Pet Hospital located here often. (They are wonderful btw). Yet, the PetSmart staff was always rude, short and in terms of my fiancé, racist. They have a high turn over rate and i am not surprised. If had been a one off experince with a signal person, I would write it off. This happend over 3 times. I recommend the Vet but not the store.

I Called grooming department at 10:30am and asked if they trimmed nails for my dog. They said yes that no appointment was needed and that this is a walk in only service. I show up at 2pm with my dog and they said that they were backed up and wouldnt be able to do it until 6pm. I asked if in the future I could make an appointment and was told no that it was walk in service only. They clearly do not want my business.

I use this store for all my pets needs even the vet in the back they are all awesome . Dr.Foster is an amazing vet calls to check on my fur babies really gets to know you and your pet. The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is always super nice and very helpful. You never have to look for someone to help you because they ask you if you need any help!!!! Wouldnt shop any where else.

Teach your employees your return policy! I should not have to call your home office to return an item I had the receipt for and bought the same day!! I was told since I bought it from the other petsmart that I had to take it back to that store. Poor poor customer service! Got my money back from your store and I will no longer shop at this location again.

Booked my 90 pound dog for grooming on line and then got a call after the store closed and said that Cathy doesnt do dogs over 40 pounds. The person on the phone said it says it next to her name, I can tell you that it did not say that. They should honor my appointment its their mess up not mine. Maybe they should learn how to manage their website.

Not a place to groom your dog. I have a 12 pound dog been going there for 3 years now ask not to come back. Went to new groomer today said my dog was awesome. They need better staff in grooming.

I like the selection and the helpful staff, but some of the prices are high for me. It is nice to be able to buy some of the things that Id otherwise have to buy on Amazon.
