Bought 2 dog harnesses and leashes 2 weeks ago and spent $87.68. One harness broke already and tried to exchange it today. The store would not exchange it because I did not have my original receipt. Even though I can see that I purchased it and used my rewards card. Will never shop there again. Oh and called Petco online. They will not backup their products and told me there was nothing they could do if the store I purchased it at would not exchange it!

Took back a product I had bought which was nice with no issues. However, store was not stocked. Out of all Frontline flea meds for cats. Dog food for a 13 lb bag was same price as 26 lb bag on chewy website. Ridiculous prices.

The vet clinic is open on Sundays, they have BOGOs on toys, drop in play time for puppies, pets are welcome, and one of the associates, a young man- wish I knew his name, provides exceptional customer service.
