Munchies is a fabulous boutique pet store. They sell a variety of premium foods and there is a brand for every budget. In response to the review about the "free bag" offer, Ive been buying my dog and cat food here for years and have gotten several free bags with no issues. In fact, the store actually keeps track of it and updates me from start to end. They also keep track of all the UPC labels (some are done electronically now) to send back to the manufacturer. I feel like your experience may have been miscommunication and perhaps you mightve benefitted from speaking to management or even one of owners. This store prides themselves on customer satisfaction. We wont shop anywhere else.

Great store! They carry many products! I buy all my pet needs at this store,they are very helpful and courteous! I just purchased a product called Cool Pet For my 11 year old who has arthritis I have been using this product since March 31,2015 and I have noticed great improvement in her mobility,her activity level has increased. I visited this store for the first time the other day. Chad was full of all the cat food knowledge I was hoping for! He gave me samples for my picky baby and Im happy to say I will be going back to purchase Rad Cat for my big boy. I also picked up two cow ears for my pups and they loved them! Very clean store and I enjoy seeing so many good products offered. 100% worth the drive if you want friendly, knowledgeable staff who are willing to help you find the food that fits your pet.

I went to claim my "free" bag of dog food after buying 12, $50 bags, and they claimed that I received it at the same time I bought my last one. ABSURD. It DID NOT happen, and they refused to make it right! I was counting on that free bag, concerning my budget! They have lost my business and will gain a bad reputation, through my word of mouth.
