Most dog food companies have a satisfaction guarantee that will allow you to return a bag of dog food that you are unhappy with. A few months ago I started to look for new food for my dog and was told by the men who work here that exchanging for another food was ok because the foods I was trying had this guarantee. I exchanged a total of three bags foods until I found something I thought would work. But that food changed recently, and since my dog stopped eating it, I bought something new to try. So today when I called to ask if I could again use this guarantee to exchange a bag of food that, in this case, smelled really fishy, I was totally shocked when the person who answered not only did not respond to my question, he slammed the phone down. He hung up on me! Not very professional. All I can say is if you go to Largo Feed, dont plan on returning any food using the guarantee on the side of the bag. FYI...Petland just opened a new facility on Ulmerton and Im guessing they dont hang up on people. They carry the same foods, the prices are the same, plus they have pet supplies in addition to food.

Best dam Place in Florida all your Pet needs and more. The staff is amazing always willing and able to lend a hand. Most times before I pay my items are being carried out to the car. I have 2 dogs Great Dane puppy 80 ponds and growing and St Bernard 200+ pounder, I get Heavy dog bags of food and Pumpkin for the dogs stomachs keep them happy and of course my wild bird feed 40 ponds. I have a limited budget prices and deals are great go there and see for yourself.. I believe in customer service Largo Feed takes it up to the highest levels! Thank you always We Love ya! A wonderful selection of premium pet foods at reasonable prices, along with any pet supply you could possibly need. The staff really goes above and beyond to help with info, will research anything they cant answer, and will suggest ways to save $$, and they have even carried my bags to my car. The store is always neat, clean, and well-staffed. Ive sold a couple of my friends, and my mother on Largo Feed & now theyre hooked also. I will continue to drive from Dunedin to buy all my pet supplies there.

Some items here are more expensive than just going to Walmart. That is the only reason they dont get 5 stars. Very nice, good selection of bones and toys for the puppy, never have to wait long...and once I asked a question where one guy laughed ( Im a new dog owner), when he saw my face he said "ohh your not kidding, here let me help you pick one out" After that I told him about my puppy and he helped me pick out some good items for her teething! Really nice guy.

Have items I need. I use large bags of cat food to feed fish off my dock. They have hard to find horse liniments. Ex: VETERINARY LINIMENT GEL OR LIQUID, & BIGELOIL GEL OR LIQUID. Used on Kentucky Derby horses. I use for sprains & strains. (Sports Injuries) Staff pleasant & helpful. Can help with small animals up to livestock plus something extra for your garden.

I have been going to Largo Feed for almost 14 years.I go there for all of my horse and dog supplies.The staff there is friendly and very helpful.They know me by name and greet me as soon as i walk in the door.I go to their other store ,Park Feed ,and have the same experience.Love all of these guys!!!!!Will not shop at any other feed stores in the area!!! They are simply the best for quality, price and service. They carry Merrick for dogs and my little guy wont eat any treats except the Merrick Lamb Lung treats. They are courteous, quick and will always carry out large purchases. I highly recommend them. Been coming here for 5 years. Smart guys.
