its okay......the staff is very friendly and kind. i bought my first guinea pig in that store i named her amber and until today she has been in perfect condition, so i thought i should take another one in that same particular store since she was fine and liked the service.then i went and bought my second guinea pig friend for amber just perfect,but as soon as i arrive home like i always do when taking animals from a pet shop i look into her fur to see if she has any illness or what so ever, i by surprise she had lice! i was very suprised, never thought that on that shop they would sell me an animal with lice so i called to tell about it and they told me to bring it in,went to the store and gave me my money back, i just didnt have i place to put her for treatment since i only have one big cage and didnt want to infect amber.but i still like the service their i just wish that they pay more attention to their animals.if i go again is for food and accesories really better than other retailers.

This store has a lot of items in it that you may not find elsewhere, but the place is a real dump. The aquariums are disgusting, certainly dont use the bathroom here. There were four people working the store when i was there and the old folks (owners i imagine) were working the register wile the young staff (family i assume) were doing nothing but talking and walking around. This is the dirtiest, trashiest pet store that i have ever had the displeasure of entering. The aquariums tags were barely hanging off the tanks, some were in the wwrong places and there was so much filth and dirt on the glass it was hard to see the fish inside. I bought some water chemicals and i had ot wash the dust off my hands after taking them home. Im sure the people arent that bad, but how about having enough respect for your customers enough to clean up the dump once in a while will you. You wolnt see me back in here thats for sure.

Tried to give many chances for this place, but I get a bad experience every time. Owner is super cheap and very greedy for money. Place is a mess and its filthy. Fish they sell are all sick in dirty tanks. This place also sells products for a higher price than petsmart does. Might as well shop in petsmart. I also had store credit, cashier rang it up wrong but I didnt notice until I got home. Im not going to go back and argue for 84 cents. Just shows me how greedy they are for 84 cents! Not coming back, I dont recommend coming here.

The tanks of fish was disgusting. I felt like jumping in and cleaning them. Guy said it was because their roof fell in and they had major repairs done. These tanks were weeks or longer neglected. They had fish floating in bags in a tank looked like for a very long time. Poor things. They should have closed the fish room until the problem was fixed. Sad all around. Price is good but no way worth risking my tanks at all. Seriously you cannot put an air stone on the airlines? 2 stars cause the employee was awesome.

I cant say about the staff because none of them bothered to even ask how we were doing. The aquariums were disgusting and had more dead fish than Ive ever seen in a store. I know that fish die but at least clean them out once in a while. Also, all of the fish and aquarium supplies were drastically overpriced. We were so appalled by the aquarium section that we didnt even bother looking at the rest of the store.

Pets Unlimited has been around since I was a kid. The owner and staff are very friendly, helpful, and able to answer just about any question that you may have. Youre not going to find some fancy over priced boutique here, but what you will find is a nice selection of top of the line pet products, and phenominal service.

Great prices on feeder rats and mice! Plus Pets Unlimited are the only ones in the area who really keep stock of them. Thanks for keeping my ball pythons healthy! Jeremy is awesome too, he can get you whatever animal you want and has connections all over (plus a zoo in his own backyard). Good peoples.

Place is a mess, bought a product was told that there was a discount and the discount was never applied. Product broke within 3 hours of having it home and installed. Went back to return and was told that they couldnt because of finance issues. Definitely wouldnt recommend going here.

Very friendly and exspains things just down to earth people my fish are so heathly looking and its been 2 weeks unlike those places on us19 i get them hm and dead within 2 days along with what fish i had die also. I will be hoing back to pets unlimited for sure

Pets unlimited is one of the last of the family owned pet stores. The staff is very knowledgable and they care about your pets. I met the owner Steve and and he went out of his way to help me. I will not shop anywhere else for my fish, cats or rats.

Went in to buy Ensure for my 17 year old Maltese. Owner took a personal call on his mobile phone. Couldnt be bothered with me. Unbelievable! I will never go back....

Place is a bit of a mess. Staff is hit and miss. A couple go well above and beyond and others not so much. They usually do not have what I need in stock.
