Went here to pick up some basic tools and see of they sold nails or screws. I walked around in circles for a while without being approached by anyone if I needed any assistance. Finally I asked a girl who worked there if they carried any nails or screws or packs of and she literally told me that she did not know and to ask someone else on the floor and walked away. I never had an employee at retail store follow up an "I dont know" with "ask someone else". I would expect them to find out immediately or put me in contact with someone who did and for them to stick around to also learn the answer. Needless to say Ill be sticking with bigger named tool and home stores.

I give two stars because the staff is friendly. However, I have now returned to the store four times expecting to purchase a 212 c.c., Predator, Chipper-Shredder. Each time being told they should be on the next truck. Took the fourth trip there today late in the afternoon. Still no Chipper-Shredder, was told truck didnt show up yet.

Buyer beware, they removed a lot of the one star reviews on their online shopping to make all their products look good.
