BIG disappointment! Website is inaccurate and fraudulent. I tried to buy an item online and it stated none available when I went to Checkout. I called the store and they said they had two of the items I wanted but would not honor the discount because it was only for one day. I stated I tried to buy it online for "store pick up" but their site would not process the sale due to false info stating there was no inventory. I asked if they would allow the discount since their website was not accurate and would not allow the purchase to be made. They said no. I tried customer service and their phone maze does not allow you to talk to a person. So I called their HQ to finally talk to a person. They lied and said they would call me back and they never did. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME!!!!

Wow rudeness must be a common theme there. The young lady that was at the register that greeted me when I came into the store was very nice, she welcomed me as should be.Stephanie the associate was extremely rude, not necessarily with her information on an item, but she seemed more interested in the chat she was having at the service desk with a coworker than helping a customer and quickly went back to the service desk to finish her chat. the young man there was very nice that ended up checking me out. I know this was just an isolated incidence because Tractor Supply has some of the best employees Ive ever ran into.

Auto Teknika

Bought a Hobart brand oxygen regulator from them. Made in China and failed after less than a year ( The Victor brand one it replaced lasted over 30 years). Bought a replacement and it failed right out of the box. Returned it and suggested maybe they shouldnt sell that brand and the manager just shrugged and gave me a refund. If you want cheap, shop here, but if youre looking for quality merchandise you might make another choice. I wont be back.

Asked for help finding a belt for the cub cadet mower I purchased at this store. Was told they would need the model & serial # before they could help me. I explained it was the very same one as the one on display outside, same engine same #s, identical. Was told no would need my serial & model#. Very stuber manager just did not want to help me. Very poor customer service.

If youre looking for high tensile wire, metal T posts, pressure treated posts, gates, fencing tools, muck boots, etc- then you know where to find them and this is the place. No, the service isnt great- but thats the standard for all the big building suppliers, too. The folks are friendly enough and its not an unpleasant transaction.

Tractor supply has the best prices for alot if general farm items. You will save tons of money purchasing fasteners here by the pound vs going to Lowes. They dont carry specialty goods, but if you need something simple for your home project, get it here.

Asked an associate about an item and was treated rudely. The information we were given about the product was also false. This was not the first time we have had poor service at this store. Will be going to a local feed & seed from now on.

Marie is great always friendly, and helpful. Asked the manager Steve to special order bolts,nuts, and washers that are never in stock on Jan. 4th, still waiting April 4th three months later. I now go to the Orange store better stocked.
