Harbor Freights Culpeper location is smaller than the Fredericksburg but it has the essentials and is sure to stock the featured flyer items. Ive had really positive experiences at this location...employees bringing a cart out to my car so I didnt have to lug the car seat across the parking lot, employees asking me what I was looking for, then getting items AND pulling out coupons I had missed, and my personal favorite, an employee seeing my preschooler, giving me a coupon for free batteries and telling me with honest enthusiasm that with a kid his age I could never have enough batteries.

harbor freight is a awesome store yes culpeper is smaller then other locations but still works for me and the tools work good had to laugh at the post saying the tools r junk and brake or r broken in package definitely not true. really cant get how u can get a tool and not see its broken almost all the tools r packed in a open package not in a closed box and if u use them right they work fine Im a mechanic and use the tools I got at harbor very day havent had any brake and have never had one broken in package thank the person that made that post is full of u know what lol

This location is on the smaller side, but I generally find everything I need here. The staff is always nice and helpful. Harbor Freight, in general, is known for very low prices on tools. While the quality may be lower than some name brands, the prices cant be beat.

It is one of those stores where men will wander aimlessly looking and buying. When I go in I cannot get out, love all their low cost but quality tools.

Nice staff but their stuff is complete junk. Everything I have gotten either breaks within a week or is already broken when I open it. JUNK!
