Shopped around plans at the Verizon and AT&T store this weekend. Verizon turned out to have a cheaper rate, and also had a promo for a trade-in (saving me ~$300). Most importantly, I interacted with multiple service people at both locations. As a rule, the service at Verizon was far superior. At AT&T, both salespeople were clearly weighing if I was a worthy time investment, and made me feel like a nuisance (even though their store was empty, and a gaggle of them were talking amongst themselves). At Verizon, the total opposite: the store was slammed, and yet the sales/service people did everything in their power to be helpful. I worked with Jens, who is a veteran. He stayed after hours to help, and was an expert in all aspects of phones and service. He was also very honest about everything, and not pushy at all. This made me buy more stuff, because I trusted all of his positive reviews. In the end, I left with two phones (s7 edge and iPhone 7, for me and my girlfriend) and accessories. The deal was far better than AT&T, and the service was excellent. Pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, happy with Verizon service!

The manager was rude (including cursing) and appeared to be over his head. He didnt seem to know what he was doing and kept avoiding helping the other clerk who seemed new. The manager kept complaining and it seemed like he was trying to avoid dealing with clients by opening boxes, putting things in drawers and walking in the back. Virtually everyone who walked in was met with a negative response like "you need to go somewhere else to fix that" or" we cant help you (lots of different reasons given)". After 1 1/2 hours, my simple issue was not fixed. I went to another Verizon store and they fixed my problem in 5 minutes. For free. The manager at the Harrison Street store told me I needed to pay for the fix.

I visited the store in Nov. to check out phones. While there, a salesman told me that they had a promotion for wireless hotspots, where the hardware was free and the monthly cost more than offset by a change to my plan. Two bills later, I was unable to find the credit, and Verizon billing showed me where it was but also told me that it had nothing to do with the hotspot! So I tried to return it but it was past their deadline, so they wanted $175 to break the contract. Neither the store nor Verizon would take responsibility. So I am stuck with the device. Conclusion: watch out if you go here, these are pure salesman who dont mind stretching the truth to get a commission.

BUYER BEWARE Avoid this place if at all possible. I had an issue with a phone I upgraded to just to find out later it was a refurbished phone. The representative told me the phone was brand new. I was blatantly lied to! After speaking it over with customer service I found out, THIS PLACE ISNT EVEN A REAL VERIZON STORE. They are retailers! I do not understand how this place can stay open. I have complained to the better business bureau and they will be hearing from my lawyer. The "owner" does not even have the decency to return any phone calls or emails. DO NOT BUY YOUR PHONE FROM HERE. Save time and a headache and go to West Windsor or Mercer Mall!

The worst, being in IT for many years. Bought the phone never worked quite right finally totally failed--have insurance every time I call a new date of arrival. Everyone you talk to including Manager does not have knowledge, (too new to the situation), because of Company policy of how to find any information. Had Verizon call, they said a phone would be at my house in 2 days 2 weeks still waiting, and being giving phone #s too fax lines. It goes on and on but I have no land line so have to return calls from computer.

Wonderful> These people are patient and knowledgeable. They modified my mothers Samsung Galaxy to accommodate her poor vision. Yes, sometimes you have to wait but you get personalized attention from employees that care.

Great store. Clean and organized. Was assisted by a young man I believe his name was Patrick. He was patient and he helped me learn to navigate my phone. He was not pushy and I ended up purchasing lots of stuff.
