It was amazing! I went in with a broken phone that was cracked and messed up. They worked with me to figure out the password which I forgot and to wipe the phone and to upgrade me. Even after all that they threw in some accessories that came with my contract and some that they just gifted to me. I highly recommend this place its awesome. Great chill staff. I was in there for almost 3 hours felt like 30 mins. Great experience, I wish I had more money so I could keep buying from this place. 10 stars!!

This store was fantastic. Everyone was well educated in what they were selling and extremely helpful. Ask for the store manager louis and hell definitely make your verizon experience a great one.

Listed as closing at 9:00pm but not true. Showed up at 8:21 and the store wS closed and dark. Wasted 20 min of driving. Thanks Verizon wireless. Get them new management.
