The worst customer service ever. I went in the store and there were no customers in the store but 6 sales rep. I told them I have a question regarding pre-paid plan and I wanted to upgrade to another prepaid plan. The Manager/supervisor goes Sure let me get you one of my sales rep. I waited for 5 minutes...he went in the back room while there were 5 reps still on the floor doing nothing but chatting with each other. He comes out and tells me.."give me another minute i will find you an expert in the prepaid department" i told him...You all should know about the plans regardless if it is prepaid or postpaid...he goes do you want me to find you an expert or not.....I told him what about these people...why are they here if they cant help? He goes that is none of your business..... I guess like another person earlier said...if you want to buy Iphone or something they will listen to you...or else....ur wasting their time probably because they do not make any commissions....

Im an ATT customer and visit this store frequently. Its pretty much hit & miss. I have see customer service reps just standing around chatting instead of helping customers, other times have seen reps who are genuinely trying to help out customers. Some of the reps are helpful some just stand there and dont care. They will say hello how can I help you and if You say Im just looking around, thats it there is no follow up conversation. Some of them have no clue has to what services are provided prices etc. ATT phone customer service is much better. Overall this is a decent store lots of sample phone displays. Clean store.

I walked in on a friday and a rep immediately approached me and offered to help me change services from metropcs. He listened attentively to the type of plan I was looking for as spanish pop music was playing in the store. He suggested two popular prepaid plans and tried to port my number over but metropcs was giving him a hard time and id have to wait hour and a half. So I went with a new phone number and he clicked away on his ipad and I had my GS4 Active running right away with a free sim card on the new $40/mo plan. Thank you for great service!

This store had horrible customer service. The "greeter" said we would have to wait over a half hr to get a new sim card when there were employees just hanging out. She had a nasty attitude, and I doubt she was the greeter as she claimed. She was just taking To another employee the whole time. While ppl were waiting. Luckily the girl who helped us was nice , but this store sucks overall!

Wow Im surprised with all the negative comments. I had to go to this store 3 times for different things and everyone was so nice and helpful. Yes I had to wait an hour the first time i went there but they were super busy and then when it was my turn they appologized and were very attentive. Im on my way there now to get two new phones.

Worst customer service of my life never ever would I ever go back again the representatives told me that I couldnt even add a line even though I have added two in the past. None of them are experienced and are unprofessional. All they care about is money. I might even want to switch to Verizon for this.

Terrible customer service. The lady that was "helping" me didnt help at all. They cannot give you an exact answer unless it has to do with numbers. You say something and she just stares at me with nothing to say, no alternate options, nothing. Terrible service. Im thinking of switching to Verizon.

Terrible service. Once you give them your business and get phones from there, they do not do the slightest to help you out. Told me they couldnt do things but when I went to a different AT&T, my problems were fixed immediately. This has happened on more than one occasion. Very bad experience.

If you go to the store, ask for Arnold A. I bought a new device from here and the assistance provided by Arnold is highly aapreciable. Before this place I went to the Woodbridge Centre, they were not even interested to do any business, such frustrating.

The worst store crew ever. No help offered at all. As soon as they come to know that I am visiting for help with my plan they just ignored me. They will entertain you only if you are buying stuff from the store. They dont give a damn about your issues.

This location is very spacious and clean. I no longer purchase phones at AT&T locations because I have discovered that Best Buy typically has far superior deals on new phones. In my experience the employees here are very helpful and considerate.

Every rep I have dealt with were professional and out going. Im not sure why the other comments gave such a low rating but maybe they raters were the ones with a negative or already upset attitude..Def recommend to visit North Brunswick store.

Dont believe anything they say, like "its been taken care of" or "I will call you back", issues are not resolved, they will never call you back or answer your call after you have left the store. Wasted so much time on very simple things
