I had a horrible experience with this store. I would only go to the official Verizon Corporate stores from now on. I went in to buy 4 lines with 3 of my phones and one of their device. after a few days I wanted to return the device a bought and buy an Apple iPhone instead. So I spoke to a Verizon rep and they said that it was within their policy to return so I can go to the store. I went to the store and they said that they wont take the return because their policies were different than Verizons. Then a few days later when I got the bill it was all wrong - for all my lines I was being billed double amount (as with devices purchased from Go Wireless rather than my own devices) . It took over an hour with a kind Verizon Wireless rep to sort it all out. Obviously I am never going to this store ever again. As a matter of fact, I now recall I had also returned a FIOS router over there that never got credited back to my FIOS account - I didnt know this was not a Verizon corporate store and was about to move out from FIOS - but now that I know - I will stay with FIOS and Verizon but just avoid this particular store.

The store is supposed to be open at 10. When my daughter and I arrived this morning at 10:03, there was a sign on the door "Be back in 15 minutes". At 10:20, the employee arrived with a food box in her hands and said, to us and the other customer whod shown up at 10:05, "Breakfast line was longer than expected." When I said, "Youre kidding, right?" the employee said, "Well, I have to eat maam!" The entire exchange was completely unacceptable. After having such a good experience with the gentleman (manager?) last night, I was completely shocked at this. She needs to take care of her personal things outside of business hours. I was in a rush, and was looking forward to being out of there at 10:10, and instead we were stuck there until almost 10:35.

Went there to return some Fios equipment and the only person working there was helping a customer in front of me. After a few minutes of waiting I think he realized that the customer was going to need some extensive help and so offered to return my equipment after he was done and send me an email when the process was complete. About an hour later the email was in my inbox which probably saved me 20 minutes of additional waiting.

Edward and Wayne are great managers. I came to pick up a Fios box and I ended up leaving with a new smart phone and a tablet. I was putting off getting a smart phone because I love my flip phone but it was time. They were very helpful and made me feel comfortable switching to this new age technology. Stopped by to return my Fios equipment. Anthony helped with all my Fios needs. He was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. James did my tablet upgrade. Ed the manager was very polite and explained all the new products. These guys were awesome. This is now my new Verizon location. Will recommend to all my friends and family.
