Came into the store with my family looking to switch over from at&t. It was around 8:20 at night, and the store closed at nine. There was not another soul in the place when we walked in, and we were completely ignored. After a minute I approached the woman at the front, asking for assiantce, and described our needs. The other workers in the back of the store sighed and shook there heads in anger, because they were closing in a half hour. Not one person smiled at us, just staring us down from all corners of the store. We asked for the phones we wanted, and every worker congregated in the back, talked, then came out. They said they had none of the phones we wanted and to come back tomorrow. Although we didnt even give them exact specs of what we wanted. Throughout this time, more stares from every worker, even heard one complaining about how he had just ordered food. Just terrible service from these people who seem to be dead on the inside, with no drive to finish the perfect sale we had offered them. 4 new phones we needed! We will not be coming back here. The lady even asked my son why he was laughing, (because he was so uncomfortable with the stares.) which was extremely rude. I understand it was late, but no one should Be this miserable. My screen shattered on my phone and after hours of Verizon customer service arguing with me on the phone and being EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful I was ready to switch to a new carrier after 14 years of service. I begrudgingly went to the wireless zone thinking it would be my last time in the store because I was set to switch once the Edge Agreement ended. I was relieved to find that the salesman, Joey Ingraffia, went above and beyond to help find the best options for me. He went extremely far out of his way to make sure he took the time to help me. He gave me a loaner phone, helped me lower my bill, and helped me with future phone and plan options. He was beyond helpful and extremely patient and pleasant. This is the first time I have ever written an online review, but I wanted to take the time to compliment his professionalism and excellent customer service. I am extremely grateful. If not for him I would still be planning to switch carriers. Thanks Joey! The wireless zone is the place to go, they actually value you as a customer and its not a big headache like the Verizon stores or over the phone customer service.

The sales person I had was okay, not pleasant but not mean. He also didnt tell me what I was buying. I was told my upgrade would cost $150 out of pocket and that "package" included a case, charged and tempered glass. I came home and had to call customer service because the rep tacked on $11 a month insurance without asking me, only to find out that NONE of the $150 I paid was part of the upgrade. Its my own fault for not asking questions but Im extremely disappointed. I understand this is a business but I wanted to buy most of that stuff anyway, I just would have liked to have a choice in what I picked.

Worst experience ever. Have been Verizon customer for 30 years. After dealing with Thomas I will have to look into going with Sprint. Worst salesman I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. More interested in helping young blond then assisting me. Spent over $800 dollars. But he seemed more interested in selling her a cell phone case, than assisting me. Retuned everything I purchased Saturday today. iPhone 7plus, new iPad. Cost me $75 restocking charge. I apologize it was the Hamilton Marketplace Store

I cant transfer my contacts from the Verizon cloud to Google so i can get them on a phone with a different service. One would think the company running the cloud could make that happen. Turns out they cant. My emails are transferred but the phone numbers arent. Ridiculous. All my phone numbers will have to be manually entered. What a waste of money with this company.

Got a charger from them and it does not support the phone meaning it is not good. I came home and tried it on my iPad same problem. Which cost me $32 ! And they only let you return it if you have the box which is dumb because I have my receipt. Not helpful never going back there again now Im definitely switching to a better phone company !!!

Great Service , I use the Wireless Zone in Hamilton on Route 33 all the time . I hate going to the Verizon store ! Joe at Wireless Zone is always a great help every time I go there for an upgrade . He seems to always help me lower my bill or get me into the best plan for my family .
