I went in to purchase a car charger for my phone. I was greeted by two employees and a guy dressed up in a "cell phone" mascot. Told the rep what phone I had. He presented me with a car charger that was a universal for all micro usb phones. He then looked up my account to see if I had any discounts for accessories (which I do, 25%). Rings up the final total, $39!!!!!! With discount!! Are you kidding me,$39? Told the guy that I could go to an "Official" verizon store and get it for like $19 with my discount. Gives me a disappointed grin and says, "$19.95 is the best I can do!" So he just automatically cut the price in half?! Then he tried to offer me a cell phone charger that was in a box that was all beat up / torn apart and was offering me the same price for it. I said No Way! I will not purchase from this store again and warn everyone else not to purchase here unless u want pay out the @$$ for phones and/or accessories.

I dont know where to start. Walking into the store, it looked like a normal store. Then, I got to the counter. They did not know how to add two phones from one account to another. After finally determining which phones they had in the store, it took them 45 minutes to transfer the contacts from one phone to another. While he was transferring the contacts, I left and then came back. When I came back, Cody (the manager) said that he hadnt done the transfer because he didnt know which SIM card was in which phone. Then, he opened a box for a black phone and it was a white phone. So, the other half of the horrible visit was that their team was very rude. I should have read the reviews before hand. I had to repeatedly ask about the terms and other parts of the agreement. The sales rep continuously pushed questions aside. NEVER GO BACK!!! Take the extra time to go off the island to a main REAL Verizon store!!!!!

bad coustumers service, also the have a bad way to follow up on coustumers, thay just try to sell you a phone, and once is sold they dont care. as it is a thrid party with verizon , verizon will not follow up on service, or any help. so if you buy from here sorry you will by out of luck when it comes to coustumer service.

This store does not belong on the board walk. The manager of the store was very rude and disrespectful. Every time I have been it is a waste of my time. I will NEVER go back to this Verizon store again!!!!!
