This was the worst store I have visited. They do not know what they are doing and are not an AT&T Corporate store* Everything the associates do is via a " Google Search" Really? I could do that myself, after all... After completely messing up my phone, they assured me they would do something to correct it and compensate for their errors. I am still awaiting a solution. No one has attempted to call me even after several return visits! "Oh, he didnt call you yet"??? STAY AWAY from this place or you will regret it!

Team members provide conflicting stories leading to poor, unprofessional, and costly service. After working with two other people to merge accounts to AT&T using their team in September, we are still left paying nearly $2000 to cancel former services. Atop that, not being compensated for the overage charges and late fees assessed during the three-month-period of this professional debacle.
