In the world of technology, you rarely receive customer service from a human being. This can be a frustrating and futile experience. When it comes to customer service and knoledge of the product. I give Jared B at Verizon Wireless Zone in Denville, NJ an A+. Jared B provided excellent customer service, in a timely and friendly manner. He listened to our concerns and solved our problem in a polite and efficient way. What more can you ask for? Id recommend Verizon services, especially the Denville Zone location for all your personal and business mobile needs. Thank you, Jared B!

I am not surprised to see other terrible reviews. This location bought my husband and my phone- implying that we were selling it back to Verizon. When we got home, we received a text from Verizon offering $220 more- for each phone! Thats a HUGE difference! When I called to complain, the manager said we should have known and compared the transaction to selling your car. Thats actually a good comparison- these associates are like USED CAR SALESMAN. Dont trust them.

I am highly satisfied with how professional and helpful Jared B. was. Usually you walk in to a store and the person helps you because it is their job. This particular assistant manager took his time to make sure I was satisfied. Furthermore, he even took extra time to show me features on my phone that I never even knew about. I would not waste my time going to another Verizon because past experience showed me they were incompetent and not helpful.

The first thing that I noticed about this store was how clean it is and how friendly and welcoming the staff is. Mario helped me out with getting a new phone and transferring all of my contacts to my new phone. He paciently broke down each plan and explained all of the details thoroughly. I will be coming back for future phones and accessories.
