Went in to deal with note 7 recall. I figured it would not be a hassle to get a phone considering it is a safety issue. Note 7 is in mint condition as it is less than a week old. Customer rep just told me that I could not "return" the phone at that location. It had to be same location where I bought it. Well that sounds nice considering I got it when I was away on vacation and also it should not be considered a "return" when it is actually a "recall". Called Verizon customer service and got a hold of Joyce. She was extremely helpful and told me that they are a third party store which is why they can turn people down like that. She found me a location not too far from my home. The reason why I did not rate this place 1 star is because at least the lady wasnt rude. Overall if you need actual help from Verizon Wireless and want the customer service you pay for visit an actual Verizon Store and not this third party.

I am so pleased to write this review on not just one of your dedicated welcoming hard working employees but all four of them. It is so clear to see that they work together as a team and no matter what your issue is their teamwork spirit will be sure to solve it. Their names are Monica ,Bernard, Mario ,and Josh. Not only do all of them greet you with a smile but never have I seen any of them watch the clock even though their shift is over. All of them will continue with the same diligence of helping you when you first walk in until you the customer are happy and ready to leave. I truly feel this team deserves any compensation or noted praise that Verizon may have available to them for their devotion to each and every customer. It sincerely was my pleasure doing business with them and I will be sure to recommend store number 1377.. Thank you for taking time to hear about Verizons Rising Stars.

Wife and I visited the new establishment with unsatisfactory experience. Visited same to activate a LG G4 purchase outright online and to have a new SIM card installed; young staff member stating that the new phone did not required it, spend and extended time at the store as he attempted to activate the phone with same finally giving up and saying he needs the original box to proceed. Went to the Hamilton Verizon, which werent not to bright either, stating it was not a Verizon phone and changing tone and apologizing it is a Verizon phone and requiring a SIM. Long story short, phone required a SIM card and works like a charm. My advise, be cautious and ask questions.

I have had best service ever with Monica at this Verizon store. She was very helpful as I had a lot few question about my phone. I had I phone 4 and she give me a lot different promo for tablet and phone and I ended up getting phone and tablet.. I would recommend this location to all of my friend..very happy with service and people work there.

this is the 4th time Ive been in the store trying to get my address put on my bill and Mario has been the only person to be able to help me he spent an enormous amount of time figuring this out calling people and getting each drained out for me hes actually put it on my computer and hes been absolutely wonderful thank you
