This location is convenient to where I live, and thats the only positive thing I can say about it. No matter what time of day I go, there is always a protracted wait, even when there is no line! The associates aren’t particularly pleasant, and manage to look annoyed or pained when working with customers. The only time they seem remotely animated is when they are talking or lollygagging with each other, or laughing at us customers while they disappear into the Verizon Customer Service Rep Bat Cave in back of the counter. Today I walked in and was the fourth customer waiting in the queue. There were a lot of people walking around with Verizon shirts on, but only 2 working at the counter. Never once were the customers offered an apology or showed any regard. When I left 25 minutes later, the queue had ballooned to 10+ people, and Associate #1 was still dealing with the SAME customer, and Associate #2 left for a cigarette break after finishing with his. The Manager walked around looking very managerial, occasionally staring at his handheld unit with managerial aplomb, but little else. I was one of 3 people who got fed up and left, which should have been enough to prompt the manager to pitch in and help ease the backlog as the one slower-than-molasses associate disinterestedly went about his business, probably more concerned with his doughnut break than actually breaking a sweat. Pathetic. Its a good thing Verizons cell phone coverage is good because their customer service is appalling.

I wish I also had read reviews before going to Verizon North Brunswick, NJ store. Extremely rude staff. When store manager does not care about customers why would sales people care about customers. Remember we are paying customers not charity. I was there for phone upgrade but lady there was very rude, no hi, hello. All she asked with attitude what question I have. When I mentioned about phone up grades, she put numbers on the sticky note without explaining and asked me if I have any question. Last time when I up graded my son phone without mentioning me they sneaked in phone insurance which i came to know when I went to another Verizon store. They also told me your phone cost zero because you are paying up-front tax, protection sheet and phone cover but I am paying $24.99 month. They are liars and only care about selling accessories. I hope Verizon higher ups will read all these reviews and will fire rude manger and whole rude staff.

I wish Id seen the previous bad reviews before I wasted my time with that abortion of a customer service center. Spoke with two absolutely rude reps there. They could not accomplish the simplest request (a straight exchange that had been previously okd and arranged) without making me jump through an incredible number of hoops, including telling me to plead my case to the manager who had already dictated to them the aforementioned hoops. I think the plan is to wear you down so you give in. I was month to month and they almost lost me to AT&T on the spot. Fortunately a phone rep saved the day from those smug aholes, and filed a complaint on my behalf.

Our Store visit experience was so pathetic. Okay, we came at 4pm and we left at 7pm. We just need new sim cards with number porting feature. I dont blame store guy, he was doing his job good. The issue was with verizon backend servers and verizons credit dept. They eat 4 hrs of us with bullshit processes. 4HRS REALLY, am in 3rd world country? Even, In 3rd world counrty, I bet you can buy sim in max 30 mins. Extremely pathetic experience. At last minute I thought to cancel the plan and go with ATT. But I just didnt want to waste store rep efforts honestly. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Mark Beckley is the rudest unprofessional man in the Universe. Stop pushing the hotspots and rude and I do mean rude. This dude told me his living depends on my buying accessories. Please remember that Sales Rep have to sell you $100.00 of junk that you do not need but they will tell you that you need it. They need it to meet their sales quota. Be very carefull when a Sales Rep it is free. It is not and they will never tell you the added fees. Sales Reps are force to sell Tablets and Mobile Hotspots and it does not matter if you need it or not.

The manager Vanessa had such a poor attitude towards my family. We asked questions about exchanging my phone and she responded aggressively and rudely. Her attitude made my family and myself feel intimated, further she spoke to us as if we were below her. Who does she think she is? Because my family is of Asian descent doesnt justify rude behavior. I did not get anything done today and highly recommend against coming to this store. Vanessa is by far the most improper and unprofessional Verizon store manager I have spoken with.

I had an excellent experience at the North Brunswick, NJ Corporate Verizon store (D229501). This experience was not possible without the persistence and dedication of Jayni, the representative I had the pleasure of working with. I came in right before closing on Saturday evening and she went above and beyond the call of duty to get my iPhone 6 Plus (sim free unlocked) activated and registered on the Verizon Wireless network. Jayni’s professionalism and resolve made my experience excellent.

Talked to the general manager (just so happened, thats who helped me) and he knew how the discount to the S7 Edge phone would show on my bill (accounting matters in some situations) whereas no one else Ive spoken to when calling Verizon could understand my question. Was happy although it was determined the promotion wont work for me because the credit to my bill to the reduce the price of the phone shows against the service plan, not the phone (device) itself.

I always go here and always have a good experience. The sales people are pretty good and the tech service is also pretty good. Its hard to please everyone but I have been going there since they opened and have not had a negative expereince. Clean, Good Location, and heck, its Verizon. Great cell service. Not happy with the new data plans for my iPhone but it is what it is. Great store.

My phone crashed after I installed a systems update. The phone was over heating and the apps were running slowly. They ordered me a new phone which I received in a timely fashion. I went back with the new phone and they switched my sim card. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The tech guy Daniel was very pleasant and helpful. Great service.

This is by far the worst Verizon store there is. My rep Paul was rolling his eyes at my son the entire time my son came home and told us. My son has a serious disability and he made him feel terrible about himself. The managers were no better. I wish this place would close because Ive never heard anything good about these reps.

Incredibly rude. They told my daughters they had no account access, failed to provide any useful service, and were just overall shameful when it comes to being helpful. Everyone in the store thought that they were better than every customer which is surprising for a bunch of high school dropouts. Pathetic place of business.

The previous reviews, in so many words, are completely correct. The sales team at this location is comprised of a number of useless individuals who seem to, for some reason, have an air of superiority. To each is own I suppose, but to be frank: they sell phones. Poorly, I might add.
