I recently purchased my note 7 from this store and have had nothing but problems with them since the recall notice was released for the phone. first they told me because my phone screen was cracked they couldnt replace it when the revised note 7s came out. It wasnt until I got corporate involved that the issue got resolved. After that Samsung announced a second recal on the galaxy note 7 with no new release date. I called the store being my phone came in 2 days prior to the second recal. I was told that I could swap my note 7 for any phone I want, I chose the iPhone 7 plus. I understood that it was back ordered and at the time of order I would have received it in time for a flight I have to take in the near future for those of you who didnt know you cant take a note 7 on an airplane. I waited about 2 and a half 3 weeks which was how long the store told me it would take to come in. I called the store and get told that the phone is still not it could be coming soon they told me to call corporate to get tracking on my order. Upon calling corporate I was told no order was ever placed for a iPhone 7 plus on my account and the soonest they could get me one would be after my flight there for causing me to have to keep my phone even longer at the risk of it catching fire and I have to find another phone from a friend for me to be able to fly. Its not hard to have basic customer service skills and this store lacks it. between this and the attitude I received from the store manager through out this whole process I will never be stepping foot in another third party retailer again.

This place should not be constituted as a verizon store, they have no idea the protocol or policies that Verizon operates under and you can tell that this is a franchise run store. I purchased a Brand-new Galaxy S8 plus and 2 days later the phone was malfunctioning I brought it in immediately and they said give it a few days it could-be a software update if it still keeps giving you failures bring it back in. I did that they told me bring back the old Box that the phone came in and we will swap it out for you I said OK great I did that the next day-and I brought my phone in. Mind you I purchase the phone 8 days ago which is still within verison 14 day return policy, from there they Transferred all my data from my old phone to a new phone and at the end of the process they said we had to reverse it because they found a scratch on the back of my phone which I didnt even know was there. I said I wanted to return the phone I didnt like it and I wanted to cancel my service and they said theres nothing I would I could do in less I paid out the contract on my phone even though I bought it 8 days ago. I will never step foot in a verizon store again. #crooks

My phone legitimately will no longer hold charge after two years (HTC One M8) which is a known problem with my phones model. My upgrade date is September 19th, putting my one week early upgrade date as the 12th. I went into this Verizon today to see about getting my phone upgraded merely three days early because I am a dog trainer, and absolutely need my phone for GPS while traveling, work texts, calls, and emails. After about 5 minutes, the associate returned to me and told me there was nothing they could do except offer a replacement phone. Being that its a Friday, it would arrive Monday, which is the day of my early upgrade. Utterly pointless! I felt totally undervalued and like a nuisance; the minute I explained my issue, the look I was given seemed to convey they thought I was trying to push an early upgrade. Not happy with the service here and will not be using this Verizon in the future, despite the close proximity to my house.

I came here last minute at 9:15 on a Friday night because I had smashed my phone. After checking the reviews on Google, I thought that "Josh" probably just had his friends hook him up with stars. Then I met Joshua. He took the time to help my wife and myself find the phones that suited us, found a significant discount on wireless service through my employer, and made the transition from my old carrier to Verizon smooth and painless; and all after normal hours. 5 stars plus!

Went here to get a replacement phone for the girlfriend. We were immediately helped by Josh who was very friendly and incredibly helpful. He clearly explained how to go about replacing a lost phone and spent the time to give her updates on all the newest available phones. She now is the happy new owner a new Galaxy Note. 10/10, would visit again to go through Josh.

I always go straight to Verizon in the Rockaway mall whenever I have phone troubles because Josh works there. He always recommends the best phone for me and my needs and never tries to sell me anything I dont want or wouldnt need. He always gives me the best deal available. Josh is definitely the best sales person at this store.
