I see the motto is "Trust the Plus", to what? Lose the item brought in for repair and never care at all? I took an iPhone and iPod in for screen repair in Jan. 2016. Luckily my phone was repaired while I waited, but the iPod has never been seen again! I have contacted the owner several times over the past year and have given up on my iPod. His response three times was I will try to find it and call you by Friday! Friday has never come and there is zero concern with my iPod. If someone had picked it up by mistake they would have seen it wasnt theirs and I would think would want their iPod and return it to the store. So my only presumptions would be it was thrown away by mistake or was sold to someone! Either way this was a gift from my son and was an expensive model, yea I can live without it, but that should not have been the choice of the owner of the shop. Do not tell me to contact the owner as in another review I read, if he has it he should contact me!

If I could give this business less than 1 star I would. My bad experience dates back from November, ending a week ago. The owner Jeff gave me and my colleague the run around for 4 months. Now we were planning on putting more than $1,000 worth of light bulbs into his business. This wasnt just a $50 order for my house. After months of him saying, " the light bulbs are on the way." Or "I have a customer here Ill call you back." Mind you, he had our samples the entire time so even if I wanted to go put my business elsewhere, I couldnt do so. So after 4 months of, " Theyre coming." We finally go to pick up "half of the order" (so he said) and when we get there there was not ONE light bulb was fulfilled, not a single bulb...... And he has yet to even give a courtesy call to apologize or explain. Beyond disappointed, if anyone can point me in the direction of a good light bulb store , please let me know! ;)

My Galaxy S5 charge port was broken and I found their, very user-friendly, website to schedule an appointment to get it fixed, for a nice price, that same day. It turned out he needed to order a new part, but he lent me a second battery and his special charge tool [picture of second battery and charge tool included]for free, so that I wouldnt be without my phone for a few days. When I returned I dropped my phone off and he had it all fixed in about an hour, and I even got $10 off for scheduling an appointment through their website! Overall great experience and awesome customer service.

Good quality work but sometimes poor communication. We have dropped items off and had them repaired quickly, and other times had to call back many times for updates where the repair date is pushed back for many weeks. The work quality of items we pick up is always good, just wish communication would improve.
