I strongly suggest you not to go there. The man who works there is very irresponsible . I recently went to the store with my HP envy laptop since The power button was not working. The guy told that he would provide free diagnosis. He opened my laptop and declared that the power board was not working. He strongly told that he would find the part online and would fix it soon. After two days I called him to find the progress he told that he was in search of the part. And then later on after two more days when I called him he told that he cannot find the part. So I myself found the part for him and told him to order it and call me back if the order is placed which he did not do. I had to call him every now and then to find the progress. And after two weeks when the part has finally arrived he took my laptop inside and came out after an hour. He told that he replaced the part. When I asked him for the old part he told that he put it in the dumpster outside. I really did not understand when he went out I was sitting right there until my laptop was done. So I paid him the money and went home. Since my laptp was a customized one I was eager to open it and see if he had really replaced the part. To my surprise he did not(all the parts in my laptop had my name along with my signature). He just moved the dislocated switch and charged me for the part and replacement.

I have a water damaged Galaxy S6 that probably needs power IC/chip or charging port replaced. I called them ahead of time and was glad to find out they provide free diagnostics for water damaged phones. So the guy took my phone and came out with opened phone declaring both motherboard and battery were bad without possibility of being repaired. He said he will put the phone back before giving it to me. I said its fine to just give me back the pieces. But he went to the back anyway and that took a while. He then came back with pieces in a small plastic bag, which is nice. I came home realizing front camera and all the screws were missing. No big deal. Here is the worst part: Half the pins of the display connector on the motherboard were destroyed. I think one of two things has happened: 1. The guys is totally careless or incompetent and destroyed the connector pins. 2. They are dishonest shop and basically stole my original working motherboard with clean IMEI and gave back junk parts. Ether way it is very bad experience. Please see posted photo of destroyed connector pins (highlighted in red rectangle).

I needed a screen replaced on a Samsung Note 4 -- this shop gave the best quote and the service was fast and easy (replaced in less than an hour while I waited). However, the best impression from the shop was that they were very fast and helpful in replacing the initial screen as it had a manufacturing defect... he got it replaced immediately (free of charge, of course) and the phone is working wonderfully now. Ill definitely return here for similar needs in the future.

I have a Moto X that needed the screen replaced. Eduardo was very nice when I called him on the phone. I already had the replacement screen and he was able to do the replacement even though another shop said they couldnt do it. I was leaving the country for three weeks that night so I am very grateful that he did such a great job in such a short amount of time.
