EXCELLENT customer service!! Sean went above and beyond our expectations. While I was in town, my parents wanted to go from an old prepaid flip phone with spotty coverage to a smart phone. Sean made this transition easy and took care of every detail for them from describing the best, affordable plan for them to activating the phone and setting up their rebate. They love their new Samsung Galaxy and are happy to know that the support didnt end when they walked out the door. Sean is very knowledgeable and they know that they are welcome back at any time with further support or any questions they have about their phone or service. They will also be taking advantage of classes held there to help teach them the many features of their new phone. Sean made a potentially stressful purchase a pleasurable one. He also saved them money on their home phone service and personally set up their modem and made himself available for additional support. I highly recommend this store to anyone who may be nervous about a new purchase and new cellular or home service.

We had the BEST customer service experience at Verizon Cellular sales in Malone. Our sales rep, Jake, gave us the most in depth presentation about our choices! We are elderly, and were not familiar with the technology choices. I understand it so well now. And I love my phone choice, and the package deal we got to include our internet connection. It is WAY faster than the satellite technology we used to use, and we are saving money. This is the most satisfied I have ever been with a provider. Everyone at the store is great, but we especially appreciate our sales rep, Jake.

Wil Heneka was extremely patient and helpful with my mom and I when purchasing new phones and making adjustments to our plans. He answered all questions, explained charges, specials running, and gave us a tutorial on the basics of each phone all while training Megan Barns (so patient and helpful to all)!!! Went above and beyond when setting up my moms email...both were very personable! Thank you!

I came in to meet with Chris dupra tonight he sold me a v10 I love this thing ! During my visit to the store I noticed it was very clean and they had fresh coffee. Did an early Upgrade in this store to the LG v10 and the service was excellent. Chris d was very helpful and explained my plan to me along with the new phone. The other Chris transferred my photos for me and even set up the Bluetooth in my car. They are a great team and I will absolutely be shopping there in the future!
