HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE!!!!!! My husband bought a phone for my daughter six months ago and was told by the girl who worked there that there was a special promotion running that he was eligible for. Well guess what....he wasnt.... and the girl did not have her facts straight. Thank goodness it was all documented. When I went into the store to try to get it straightened out, the manager, I believe his name was Damien, told me he would contact his supervisor and get back to me the next day...guess what...he never did. I called him a week later and again promised to contact me the next day....guess what...he never did. Even when my husband spoke to his supervisor Francisco, he was not even helpful and did not even apologize on the managers behalf for not calling us back. Well Verizon did give us the credit we were entitled to but not to anything this useless store did. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff genuinely seem to want to help, but are never able to. All I want is a prepaid sim that I can activate myself with Verizons prepaid services sold through Walmart, but no, they cant give out free Verizon SIM cards if they cant activate it. Which is complete bull, because Ive picked up sims before. I want to go with vzw prepaid from Walmart because its 12GB for $70!!!! What the hell do I want their standard plans for??? Verizon, you suck, and I may leave you guys completely, because Im looking through other prepaid service plans now. FU. Almost 2 decades of being raped. Im done.

Terrible customer service. They do not value your privacy. The lady assisting even opened my Messaging app and my Safari app and started closing all of my open tabs without my permission. My issue had nothing to do with either of these and this is extremely concerning. If I you are having an issue with your handset I suggest you either call your manufacturer or Verizon technical support over the phone. Both of the people taking care of me did not listen to my problem and they did not posses any technical knowledge. Hiring people like these reflects very poorly on Verizon.

The staff was incredibly helpful when i had a chance to talk to them, and amazingly polite. I think because I came closer to closing time than I would have liked(half hour before they closed,) I didnt get all my questions answered. However there staff sent out a text the next day to me asking if I had any further questions or needed help with anything. Overall, I couldnt have chosen a better store to deal with.
