This store has been a terrific addition to the Bridgewater Commons since it arrived. The staff is ALWAYS welcoming, upbeat, eager to help, and very knowledgeable. Our three-generation family now has six phones on T-Mobile, which we believe is the only carrier worth considering for people who travel frequently outside the U.S. (20 cents/min for voice and free data and text in 140 countries). Although the new Google Pixel phones are only sold at Verizon stores, you can order them from the Google Store and T-Mobile will give you a $13.55/mo credit for 24 months. Sweet!

Lazy lazy lazy. I dont know why we keep trying to use this location. The staff spend an amazing amount of energy in their efforts not to use any energy. They know nothing. Ive tried to upgrade our devices here, change devices here, and troubleshoot a device here. Each time Ive wasted at least 45 minutes and have gotten nowhere.

One of best major carrier retailer location. Very friendly, helpful, professional and polite. I will recommend them to anyone. Plus they do have better plans. My agent Dennis is extremely helpful and has a great personality.

I went to this place today and asked them to cut my sim card, they didnt do it. In fact asked me to purchase a new sim for $25. A normal sim card only cost $10. Worst experience at a tmobile store so far.
